That new Fuego combo with the Takis powder was awesome, but the restroom sink had no running water so I had to use a cup to wash my hands outside like an Austin hobo then got locked out because not all the doors are open during business hours and I still have takis powder on my hands…

Got here early at 6:15 am and nothing was ready for purchase. Seems like it was unimportant to the establishment. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.

Unfortunately their whole menu display was down. There were people who looked like managers just standing around while the others were trying to fill orders. The lobby was very dirty. At least the food came out in a reasonable time and wasn't horrible.

I’m just completely over this place. Hard to place and order because some barely speak English. To the point it hard to make any adjustments to your order. Mobile ordering doesn’t work either. I stay right down the road and this is on my places not to eat at now. I’m so disappointed

usually Wendy's is pretty good but this Wendy's was pretty bad. All but one menu monitor not working, at the counter they had a laminated limited menu. we stood at the counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. The burger meat was precooked and cold, the bacon was cold and hard, the bun was stale. the restaurant was dirty, no ice in the beverage machine, no utensils or condiments at the counter except for dirty ketchup dispenser. I will not be going back to this restaurant.

The person handl
ing the drive thru doesn't speak English well and says they can't scan the wendys app and refused to try the register inside the other guys around him didn't try it either I left to tacobell for better service.
twice now i order breakfast around 8am… nothing is delivered and they charge me 25$ cancel… my meal was 21$ now ive wasted time, money , and no food. i switch to lunch items and wait time triples.. unacceptable.
