Place is trash they need some better management who gonna take the job serious & not just get drunk or high on the job, music needa chill out on the profanity when kids are around especially when customers come in family groups, taking more than 30 minutes to a hour on a order on a full staff in the kitchen is Unbelievable, idk how this place ain’t get shut down with the rude staff & the constant food cross contamination with the chemicals mixing in with the sauce flavors, the one with the long hair & Versace glasses never cares to do the job right & always sprays the chemicals on the counter & getting it into the sauce & doesn’t care to change the sauce itself, be careful ordering your food here because it can either come late, cold, burnt, wings having the bone stick out or showing, overall Decision don’t come here expecting the most or best out of it.

Just had the worst experience with one the guys who works there, who I’m guessing is the manager. He is just extremely unprofessional and so rude. The way he speaks to people is honestly gross. Ordered a 50 pc family pack and 25 were the wrong flavor. Called and let them know, spoke to Marissa who was great and helpful and asked for a refund. Not even 5 minutes later we got two back to back calls from some guy. Saying we needed to take the order back in so they could see where they messed up. Then was super rude and disrespectful to my dad on the phone. When we take the order back he snatches it from the counter in front of me and rudely says it’ll take5-10 business days. Idk if he was having a bad day or what but damn, get it together. The yelling from the kitchen to the front is rude. Acting like you own the place is crazy.

This Wingstop never refunded my canceled order, August 3rd I placed an order, was given an estimate for how long it would take, went to go pick it up and waited past the estimated timeframe, and waited… the other customer in the restaurant explained to us they had been waiting for an hour for their order, so we explained to the staff we will not be doing that and to just cancel the order, we were told it will take 3-5 days to refund to hit account, we understood.. I called around August 12th asking where is my refund, I was informed it was never submitted and it would be processed, it is now August 16th and nothing, they basically stole from us , we were charged for an order, we never received it and it was never refunded. Be aware and cautious of giving this place your money.

I received around midnight today from an employee at your Kyle location. During the call, I was informed that my number would no longer be accepted for placing orders due to an alleged prank call supposedly coming from my number.

I want to clarify that I did not make any such call, and I have a screenshot of my call log to confirm this. It’s concerning to be accused of something without any clear proof, especially when your team is not 100% certain of the caller’s identity.

I respectfully ask that this matter be looked into and that my number not be unfairly blocked from placing legitimate orders in the future.

Never again, the service terrible. I work in the food service and it made me grateful for the staff I have. They didn’t care and while I was there the cashier was disrespectful to another customer who was trying to get her order fixed .

Not to mention I waited an hour for my take out order to be remade because it was wrong only because they forgot about it and when I would ask they would go hide in the kitchen or completely ignore me .

To Whom It May Concern,
I’m an UberEats driver, and while I understand I’m not dining in, I’m still here on behalf of a paying customer who expects quality and timely service. Today, I came to pick up an order that included wings, a Sprite, and a sweet tea. The wings were ready after a short wait — no problem. But I ended up standing there nearly 20 minutes waiting for sweet tea to be brewed and sweetened.

Meanwhile, the customer’s food sat in the bag getting cold.

To make matters worse, the ice machine was empty — thankfully, one attentive employee quickly stepped in to refill it when I asked. But with at least eight staff members present at 5 PM on a Saturday, it was surprising how disorganized things felt. One employee was kind enough to check in with me. Another was on her phone behind the counter. When I asked the person brewing the tea if it was ready, she said yes — but she still needed to add sugar. I asked how long that would take, and she said she had to clean a flavored tea container first.

That’s not a priority move when an order is sitting and a customer is waiting.

This may seem minor, but it reflects a bigger issue. Delivery drivers aren’t just messengers — we’re the final step in your customer’s experience. When delays like this happen, we take the hit. I had to message the customer to explain they were waiting on tea — not me.

I love this restaurant. I love the wings. But if we’re all in the business of customer service, that should include drivers too. We deserve the same urgency and respect because your customers are our customers too.

Let me tell you, where do I begin with this restaurant, it's nearly spotless, the only thing affecting the cleanliness of this establishment are the customers LOL, the workers are clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction, from start to end you are treated so well. Not only is customer service incredible, but the wings were perfect!!! both the bone in and boneless, sauced immaculately and cooked perfectly.

Disgusting huge roach fell from their TV onto my shirt.. squatted it not knowing what was crawling on my back and neck! Only to find a huge roach crawling across our table and food... stepped on it as it fell on the floor.!
Not to mention a rude girl in the front upon walking in! Horrible customer service and even more disgusting experience.
The guy employee apologized and said he told his manager who then NEVER CAME TO THE FRONT to apologize or ask if we needed other food or anything.! Stayed hidden somewhere..smh now my shirt has a huge roach stain on my back and filled with disgust after a long day of not eating.! Never returning here. Thanks Kyle WINGSTOP.. advised people walking in to watch for roaches.
