Made an online order at 11:18pm March 30th, confirmed pick up time between 11:34pm-11:39pm, when I got to wing stop the cashier automatically had an attitude right off the bat, responding with smart comments when asking simple questions about my order. We were waiting for 30 minutes, we asked how much longer she responded “there was an issue with the fries” we asked to make sure to that our wings were not cold, because she said they were already in the bag. When we received our food at 12:00pm they were COLD as if they were in the fridge, we asked her to remake them for fresh ones. She snatched them out of my hands went to the back, came to our table and just snatched the receipt off of our bag. When we got back home you can tell she just dumped it back into the fryer, and our wings were rock hard was not even appetizing nor was able to even eat them, I tried calling back and an employee answered the phone and hung up, kept calling back and calls were just ignored, I will call again in the morning, because I want a REFUND for my order that cost $30! Customer service was unacceptable, I’ve worked in fast food before and I’ve never treated anyone the way she treated us and another customers today.

Came for lunch one day. They told me it would take 20 minutes. They took 45. Next time I ordered at 9 and selected to have it ready at 10:15. Came in and still had to wait 20 minutes. The whole point of this was so they could have plenty of time to prepare my order. What is the point of Wingstop giving you the option of ordering like this if they're still not going to have it ready?

Bruh these people are so slow like bruh an hour just for a 15 piece and all you see is the little kids back there flirting and playing around and to that lil boy walking out the kitchen with a drink in his hand thinking he cool and all make sure you cook my wings right 😂😂😂

This place just keeps going down hill. I asked for well done wings, they came out soggy and chewy. The sandwich was hard, no pickles, and looked like something I could have got at the gas station! Don’t get me started on the french fries, black and under cooked. Trash, save your money.

The place was dirty as soon as you walk in trash everywhere. My food was not cooked all the way thru and not enough lemon pepper. Machine had no ice and they forgot my extra Blue cheese. Won't be going back to this sloppy place.
