Rude employees..I am aware they don't get paid enough, but their lack of communication can be very misleading. They told me my order would be out in seven minutes and that turned into thirty five minutes.

I have gone two times and ordered in the drive thru one time there was no one in the restaurant and when I say no one I mean it. And they took forever two make two chicken wraps that's all I ordered. Both times they have taken forever and told me to park in front with no customer s.

Will never step foot or recommend this place to anyone. Placed an online order so I wouldn’t have to waste my time waiting at the restaurant. Walk in after the suggested pick up time. Waited for someone to come to the register because there was no one in sight but the cook who was standing in the back kitchen picking at his arms 🤮 when the other guy finally walks out, I tell him I’m there for an online pick up and he grabs the receipt from the printer and says “oh, we’re out of chicken. It’ll be a 15 minute wait”. I asked if he could cancel instead and a lady who speaks nothing but Spanish comes out saying they can’t cancel and it’s not their fault they don’t have kitchen. Insinuating it’s mine for placing an order at 8 pm when they’re business hours have closing listed as 10pm. Says she can’t cancel. Anyways, waste of time. Probably shouldn’t have let my kids pick this as dinner, but that’s on me. What’s the point of advertising an app and wanting us to go digital when the service & products are subpar.

I went to get lunch to go and it took forever they should have said the warp was going to take longer (and it still was longer than it should have)
Plus they gave me chicken leg and thigh instead of tenders
