Hubby and I had time to kill before a doctor’s appointment. The receptionist at the doctor’s office recommended this restaurant. We had never heard of it so this was our first visit. It’s small but mighty. Very casual but clean atmosphere. I had the Enchiladas Suizas (verdes) and hubby had the Bistek Ranchero. Both were excellent. The service was great too. Their iced tea is also good.
We’ll definitely return next time we have an appointment in the area.

The caldo de res tasted very sour and reheated and the chile relleno if you can call it that was the size of my big thumb. Inside of the establishment was extremely hot the temperature was cooler outside than in the restaurant but the waitress were very polite and awesome

This place is small and gives a home-y vibe. About half of the tables were occupied when I went but even then, service was quick and excellent. There was only one waitress but she seemed to be doing a great job on her own. My meal, a tampiqueña plate, came out quick and was cooked well. I am partial to cheese enchiladas and these were about the best I've ever had. Aside from that, the fajitas were well seasoned and tender as they can get. The tortillas that come with the plate were freshly made in house and were pretty good. I truly recommend this place. I hope to go by again soon. As far as pricing goes, some of us just need to accept it isn't 2010 anymore.
