Very bad I ordered my daughter and sons grinch meals over an hour ago and I get a msg one hour later they canceld my order already Been charged from my credit card right when I was about to pick it up, they were still selling grinch meals. I was right there and they told me that they ran out.

Alr listen the food at McDonald's is amazingly good but my problem is that every god damn time I order here they mess up my damn order. It's like I ask for a plain double or normal cheeseburger and then they give me it with everything I didn't ask for on it. And I know that they make burgers in advance to make the time for us to get our food faster but I'd rather wait and get my food right than get it fast and have it wrong. The condiments on the food added to the burger just honestly makes me want to puke up the food out and I am mostly talking about them onions they make me absolutely sick. some of y'all would tell me to ask them to fix the burger but some of us aren't that talkative or we don't like to speak out so I don't and I know that's my fault but cmonnn I should get the food right the first time. I mean this with the utmost respect to y'all workers but please try and get our order right I try to make it easier for y'all to make me/others a plain with nothing burger but y'all just make it harder for yourselves and add everything on it so, please just try and get outlr orders right before handing it to us thank you

Menu screen said no ice cream and no frappes available but when going to the next window they gave out a frappe for a customer and I asked and they still said it wasnât available.Everyone was in a really bad attitude.
My coffee was tasteless, I ask for 8 sugar and 5 cream and the coffee did tasted that it did had no sugar.....and they weren't selling no breakfast at 4:38 am......

Terrible service. They messed up my order, then refused to exchange it. Instead, they took the food I PAID for, threw it in the trash, and gave me NOTHING back. No refund, no replacement, just a âcredit for another day.â Why would I ever come back after being treated like that? They basically stole my money and wasted my time. If you value your money or your order being correct, donât even bother ordering here. Absolute joke of a business.
