It is very frustrating when I order something, it doesn't get brought out to me & they look at me like I'm trying to steal & they ask for my receipt. It's a simple order. I tip well for service. I just ask that I get better service when I go there. If I say something is missing from my order, which happens often, I expect to be believed. I have no reason to lie over a $3 drink.Not only was I annoyed, but the burger bun was cold to the touch & the meat had no flavor. STARS HAS GONE DOWNHILL!

Bought amongst stuff 2 order of kids meal chicken strips, was brought only 1 , and when I let them know they sent the assistant manager and she spoke rudely and said she personally put them in, it was as if they were accusing us of stealing chicken stripes! What! I told her to search my car she said rudely no she would make another order but would take long...horrible horrible experience!!! I wanted to call police since never have I been accused of stealing an order of chicken stripes! I mean they could check the cámaras to see what they brought out! Won't admit they might have made an error.

We order 2 kids meals of chicken strips and they gave one, so we called again.The assistant manager accused us that we steal a order of kids chicken strips, even thou we paid them and they didnt bring one. We told her if she wants to check our car, so was really rude.
