Asked for picante sauce for my taco in the morning and upon getting home and checking they messed up the order.

Came in for breakfast and again my food was cold. Was served after another family came in and ordered not cool. There was soda on the floor that no one decided to mop and the restaurant wasn’t busy it was only two customers at the moment. And the employees are having a great time chatting about their Saturday evening so loudly by the way, instead of cleaning and making sure the floor is clean so no one will slip and fall! How careless of them!

Minus one star because of the really horrible dip on the road getting out of the drive through.
Lots of times the soda is flat, and lots or times they get my orders wrong. I ask for sub mustard for mayo or double meat and they get it wrong and still charge me for it

They messed up my order and I had to drive home and when I called they told me to return the food and they’ll just make it again because after I leave the restaurant they can’t do anything about it anymore. This is ridiculous. Mind you I live in Mcallen that’s the last thing I expected to want to do after a long day at work. Person on the phone did not apologize or seem to feel any remorse. What happened to customer service?? This is not the first time this location has made a mistake with my order.Bad service I will not return.
