It's fast food, but you need to have Whataburger at least once in your life! The burgers are fabulous and their shakes are great too. If you can't eat two burgers let them know you want just one patty because most of their burgers come with two.

I visit this location twice a month. It’s good fast-food..
..but what is so difficult about double-checking that an order is correct?
Every single time I go here, the team omits or forgets to add either fries, the condiments I asked for, or sometimes even an entire burger or sandwich.
I get it. The employees are younger and don’t see this job as something worth grinding at. I understand that as a younger person, too.. But to miss something every single time indicates a much larger issue with either the leadership, training, or morale.
I’ve been around the state and have frequented other locations many, many times and have not had this issue, so I know it’s location specific.
Good food, just needs some redirection in the kitchen.

We've been there several times ¿why? Because we like it but guess what they keep getting our order wrong. We ask for no mustard, they put mustard, we ask for no pickles guess what they PUT PICKLES. As for today we went for dinner after work one more time and guess what.... they forgot to give us the order of fries, oh but they do charge I mean charge you nice and neat. If I call, oh I'm sorry what I can do is give you credit for the fries or if you want you can come back sheeeeet for reals people. Like if we leave around the corner. !!!MANAGERS DO YOUR JOB CHECK THE ORDERS MAKE SURE YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE READING THE RECIPTS AND PLACING ALL THE RIGHT AND COMPLETE ITEMS!!!

2nd time they forget something on my order. I am not driving back to get one item they forgot, and to get credit for that 1 item they forgot is a joke, and no I didn't check my bag. It was 1 a.m and was so hyped to get home and eat my meal, so yea I am definitely annoyed. 2nd time.

Cashier was lost and was speaking ridiculously low couldn’t hear anything they as well over filled my back to the point my food was going to fall and staff was completely ignoring had to almost yell to ask for a cup holder
