After driving about 100 miles on highway 57 with nothing in sight but hay fields. I finally saw some civilization. I had to use the little girls room. So I went into this subway, which is also attached to a gas station. The bathroom is what you would expect of a gas station that probably gets used quit a bit, since there isn't anything around for hours if you're driving from the East towards the West.

Waited 10 min at the counter, and there wasn’t an associate to help me

Ordered online got to location to pick up and Manuel at the store informs me that they don't have what we ordered. He had not even started making the order. Had to tell him entire order changing wat they didn't have. Asked repeatedly for him to speak up as we couldn't hear him. He was rude and then when he gave us sandwiches one was not even cut in half. He was rude about cutting it and then tried to charge me full prices after I paid online. He then insisted that because they didn't have wat we ordered that we needed to pay for the replacement without refunding untiI I showed him my app and order. I am extremely disappointed and am requesting a refund. Will NEVER visit this location again.

It’s 9:22pm they close until 11pm..... door is locked, chairs put on top of tables and juices are completely dry and turned off. Only 2 breads to choose from.
I’ve been going there nearly every Wednesday at noon. There is one young employee that is very friendly. Unlike some employees that take your order, fill it and thank you. This particular employee acknowledges you, conversates some with you and makes you feel welcomed. Her name is Antone I believe and one of the reasons I go there.
