Ordered a broccoli and cheddar soup bread bowl and they failed to give me the broccoli and cheese soup.

The food is slightly pricier than I'd expect, but it is delicious.
They've also got some of the friendliest staff I've encountered.

The drive-thru (4 cars) here takes a solid 30 minutes the three times i’ve been there…like there’s exactly one employee juggling everything inside. Hands-down the slowest service I’ve ever seen.
I’ve started bringing coffee and a podcast just to survive the wait. At this point, it’s less “fast food” and more “mandatory mindfulness retreat.” They should install hammocks in the line.

I’ve eaten here at least five times. I think the salad and soup is great. My wife likes one of the sandwiches. I haven’t experienced a long wait, like so many others have mentioned. Hopefully they survive because it’s nice to have options to choose from. I seriously love tacos, but sometimes I crave something a little different.

Been here 10+ times. Food is great, drinks are good, very clean, employees are friendly. No reason this should have so many 1 star reviews. Only complaint is the drive thru doesn't work if your vehicle is lifted or high riding like a truck. The owner should fix this immediately. It is not the employees fault.

I’ve been here multiple times and every time had exemplary service, even when we had a large party come in for lunch. They have fantastic communication when they’re temporarily out of something, and get everything out quickly! The food is always delicious, and the drinks are perfect.

Great food, and great staff! Really glad they put one of these on Lackland Air Force Base. Computers you make your order on are a little bit confusing. But the staff will help you if you need it.

Panera has never done me wrong. Every time I go, it’s good.The soup soups, the bread breads, and the vibes are peaceful in a “taxes are paid” kind of way lol. Their location feels generous, which I think means the tables exist exactly where I need them. All the bad reviews? Clearly satire. Nobody who eats that much bread can be that angry.
