The new people running Burro King really disappointed me.. the fajita taco meat was dry like a desert with no flavor whatsoever & hardly any fixings on top (had to go home and add cheese since there was none)..Not sure what happened, they used to be good. Plus their menu sux now.. staff was nice, the food just sucked.
There are multiple food trucks here that provide a great variety of foods, including: Mexican, Thai, Texas barbecue, boba, a cafe and more. There is parking and outdoor seating and usually very quick service. The facilities are primitive with an outhouse and a free standing sink with running water but no soap or anyway to dry your hands, but the tradeoff is a variety of food, and opportunities for local restaurantures that would otherwise not exist in a small town. I’ve lived in Texas my whole life and the ribs we got from the bbq place were the best I’ve ever had. Anywhere. Absolutely phenomenal. The Thai food place is also incredible. I ordered the curry (curry at a food truck?!?) and it was INSANELY GOOD. Hands down some of the boys food in Austin is coming out of that food truck park. ???
