SOOOOO GOOOOD! Both the food and the service are great! Kimchi fried dumplings are amazing! Sauce for the fried tofu made me love fried tofu!!! And the chicken teriyaki…. I literally had to fight a bee off because he was determined to finish my food for me!? And the one pic I didn’t include was my hibiscus drink but rest assured it too is the TNT!!! Thanks SEEDA for an awesome lunch!

Wow!! Seriously!?! In Lago Vista?!Absolutely perfect!The service was above and beyond, and the food and beverages were a complete shock! I honestly expected so-so food, but every morsel was delicious! This place should be a restaurant! They are way more than a food cart, but I'm so glad Lago Vista is getting places like this to choose from!I will crave this place and always look forward to returning. I really hope they last the longhaul in the changing little lake town.

Absolutely AMAZING Japanese fusion food! The tofu katsu was delicious and so was the veggie gyoza! The breading on the tofu katsu was perfect and super crunchy. The gyoza also have a nice crispy skin that is so satisfying to eat. The katsu sauce was very tasty and the rice was cooked to perfection. Also the portion size was impressive for the price!Vegetarian options: About half the menu is vegetarian!Dietary restrictions: They have tofu katsu and veggie gyoza along with multiple other vegan/vegetarian items.

You get a ton of food!!! Like for an average person this is 2 meals worth. The Katsu sauce is delightful. The woman working was very sweet and had great suggestions. Fun place!

Today was my first day experiencing this place and it was wonderful.. Super friendly and very very good food and portion. Also the hibiscus tea was delicious I super recommend.
We decided to stop and have a bite to eat before heading into the madness of Austin Traffic. But this Japanese cuisine is so good and hits the spot, the lady that greeted us was so friendly and the food took about 20min to come out. It was so delicious Arigatō gozaimasu! We will be back for more !

This is definitely the best Japanese fusion food truck I‘ve ever been. I got the Salmon teriyaki, gyoza chicken and Hibiscus tea. They were all very delicious and well cooked. And the hibiscus tea is AMAZING and perfect for this Texas heat. Excited to go back this week to try more options from the menu.Price is great and portion is enough to share.
