The guy who was a manger tonight needs to get some customer service skills. They were slammed and had me wait 20 minutes to place my order. After the 20 minutes I was told I’d be waiting a while. They refused to take my order. Kaylee the bell hop however had a great attitude the whole time. Even after being talked down to by the manager and I’m sure multiple people. We’re in a little town where how you treat others does a long way!

I have gone to this Sonic 5 X tops & everytime I go they NEVER get the order right, ever! Today I ordered a cheeseburger minus the pickles & NO mayo, with mustard & they put mayo ketchup. He asked me a few times & I was practically yelling cuz he couldn’t hear. I’m not sure what they need to do to get the orders but I will NOT be going back to this one!

Ordered medium order Chilli cheese tots with extra cheese. I received a medium extra cheese tots for $5.24. They replaced my order and I gave them the cheese tots back. They replaced it with chili cheese tots at $4.79. When the manager came out, as I pointed out the price difference she said that's because you asked for extra cheese! Well, I want the extra cheese I paid for? So she brought me out some cold shredded cheese. By this time my food was lukewarm! Please Sonic, hire some adults for decent money! These kids don't know what the heck they are doing? Is that all you can afford Sonic? You charge enough!

Hey, sonic is a great place you know for the price their new smash burgers are pretty good for five bucks. You’re not paying 1516 bucks for a burger it’s just a nice Quik in an Audi. It’s been there forever. I go there when I get my craving excellent place to go. You can order ahead of time or get the gift certificate certificates. It’s awesome makes great Christmas stocking stuffers or for birthdays.

Just like any other Sonic Drive In. Consistent food quality. Pleasant staff, mostly high school kids, just like most Sonics.
Charging for water is so un-American and bad for business. No restaurants do this. And the tipping is so outta hand. Everyone is so presumptious about it, which makes it a huge turn-off. Corporate welfare-depending on the customers to pay their employees for them.
