Ordered bacon, egg and Gouda breakfast sandwich this morning and a coffee. Stopped in the CVS parking lot to eat. Had zero bacon on it. Since these are pre made frozen microwaveable sandwiches Iām not sure how you donāt notice this. Might want to check your other sandwiches.

I was just thereās and they rushed me after saying take your time and I get it your busy but Iāve worked as a manager at sonic and you donāt rush your customers tf worst place ever will never go again

They need training on Americano prep. Have ordered and threw out twice. Mostly water even if extra shots added supposedly. Worst ever tasted, and have been to Starbucks at many locations.

The woman with long hair that was in a low pony tail that worked 9/22 around 4:30pm was so rude, I walked up to see if the 1 drink up there with a few people sitting down was mine and if I could see the name becuasw the name was facing away and she rudely told me that itās NOT my drink and sheās the only one on bar and that it will be right up. Not wanting to argue because I understand how busy someone can be working by themselves I sat waiting for my drink. 20 minutes later go by and another guy who just got on shift at 5pm comes in and calls out the Names that were there and the drink she told me that wasnāt mine was mine and I was just sitting waiting. I understand I couldāve done something in those 20 mins and I didnāt but Iām not a confrontational person and if she would have just said the name like I asked, I wouldāve been gone 20mins ago. Idk I just feel like I hella wasted my time because the sticker was facing away, I didnāt want to touch someone elseās drink and she told me āitās not my drinkā even though she didnāt know the name I had on it and it was a mobile orderā¦.
Pros:Generally friendly and lovely space inside the store. Cons: If you arrive anywhere close to a peak time, be prepared for long waits. No joke, I have waited 15 minutes for an Americano. They turn off mobile ordering because they canāt get it together. I travel a lot for work and visit some very busy Starbucks that operate much more efficiently. If you are in a hurry, keep driving.

We're vacationing here and my wife ordered coffee and I got the wrong size so the barista was so kind to remake for me free of charge.
Day 2 my wife sends me again to pick up her order, she ordered through the app and placed it at the wrong location. The barista was so nice to quickly make the order for me free of charge for the second time.
