I stumbled upon this restaurant completely by chance, and it turned out to be an absolute hidden gem! The food was incredibly delicious, and the customer service was spectacular. The atmosphere is cozy and authentic, making it a truly pleasant place to dine. 100% Recommended! I will definitely be back.

We were just passing through town and wanted some authentic Texas BBQ and we found the right place! After seeing multiple five star reviews, we decided this was the place for us. We went out of our way just a little bit and we were not disappointed. I had a giant baked potato with two meats, pulled pork and brisket. And my husband had the two meat combo with chicken and brisket. We left completely stuffed and very happy. The staff were friendly and the service was quick.

I came here with my husband several years ago and loved it. We recently moved to the area and was so excited this place was close by. Went in for dinner tonight and spent $65 on 1.5 lbs of meat and 3 sides. The price was fair; however, the food was not good. All the meat was cold. The pulled pork was covered in straight vinegar, which I have never experienced before. The brisket was tough and not moist at all. The Mac and cheese was watery. I enjoyed the French fries and their garlic toast. The girls that work there were very nice but the man in the back with the toothpick hanging out of his mouth just sort of scowled at us from the back. Very disappointing experience. 😞

Spectacular food! Ribs, brisket, seasoned green beans, fried okra, Mac n cheese, cobbler was all top notch! Worth the visit & the $$$
This place is a hidden gem. Always delicious, friendly service. Never crowded. I hope they stay, but the expansion in the MetroMess can easily wipe them out, or destroy their location, when (not if) I-35 expands more.

I saw this restaurant on my GPS as I was headed to the airport. Its right off the interstate so easy find. I ask for recommendations of what the cashier like and she recommended the smoked turkey and I chose the jalapeño sausage. Plate came with two sides and Texas toast. Fries were fresh and the used season salt after they were out of the fryer so if you don't like salty fries, you may want to ask for that not to be added. Turkey was moist and I just added alittle of the original sauce and throughly enjoyed it. Sausage was also was also good and not to hot. Overall a great experience and would stop again on my way through.
