I saw this restaurant on my GPS as I was headed to the airport. Its right off the interstate so easy find. I ask for recommendations of what the cashier like and she recommended the smoked turkey and I chose the jalapeño sausage. Plate came with two sides and Texas toast. Fries were fresh and the used season salt after they were out of the fryer so if you don't like salty fries, you may want to ask for that not to be added. It was our first time visiting Chasin Tail BBQ. Our first impression was the cleanliness of the dining room. They have an extensive menu and reasonable pricing. The staff was polite and helpful. We ordered ribs and a chopped beef sandwich with sides. The meat was very tasty, as were the sides. We have a family celebration coming soon, and we will be buying Chasin Tail BBQ for the meal!!
