Just stopped here at 7:23am, so about 20 minutes ago, I ordered tater tots ate those, they were good, next I move onto the main course my SAUSAGE burrito...I start eating & im like man there's alot of egg, it's okay ill just keep going, a few bites later still no sausage...I then open the burrito & i don't have sausage in my sausage burrito, that's why I didn't taste or eat ANY sausage at this morning, my stomach is pissed & so am I, please pay attention, egg burrito isn't what I wanted for almost 3 dollars, what it comes with would have been great.

Went a week ago to pick up food for my daughter and me to eat lunch at lake Dallas middle school with her. They totally messed up her meal except the cheese sticks that she got as her side. On mine they messed up my drink. My daughter ended up only eating the cheese sticks for lunch with barely any drink as that wasn’t made right as well. Submitted my feedback to their customer center and NO ONE reached out to apologize. Way to take accountability! Mind you it was me and another car in that place.

I’m about done with this Sonic. I don’t order from here often but every single time I do something is wrong with my order. I ordered a Oreo mini blast for my birthday and I ended up with a cup of vanilla ice cream with about 6 smalls pieces of Oreo cookie. The Oreos are supposed to be mixed inside the ice cream but they never do that at this location. You end up with a shake with minimal toppings. The owner apologizes but the service never changes. I don’t want a free blast that I have to talk to three different people about before they honor it. I’ve already been inconvenienced by spending $4 on half my order being wrong. Y’all need to retrain your employees on a monthly basis until they understand how to work at this place and serve the orders correctly or just shut the place down. It’s inexcusable that it continues to happen for so many years now.

I went to the stall and placed an order. The employee had to come out to take my order and write it down due to the speaker not working. So she wrote down my order and I was picking up another order for my aunt. I specifically told her how I want my burger which burger I want along with the size. I push the button again. Once again another employee came out and I had asked him to give me a drink carrier due to me having three drinks. Well I got the food and the drinks. Then the employee had to go back to get a drink carrier because he was not told to bring me out a carrier. I went back to my aunt's house, gave her her drink her food lo and behold. My food was not in there. I had to make a trip back to Sonic 10. Maybe 15 minutes later. I told them at the drive-thru about what I was missing and the stall I was in. She asked me to come up front to the window. I drove up to the window. The employee another one different came out to my vehicle and asked me what it was. I specifically told her how I want my burger which burger it was and my drink. I ordered Lars. She was kind enough to give me a route 44 drink. Well. She brought out the food pretty quick. She said that the food was sitting out and wasn't broughten out to me so she handing me, my food and the drink. I ordered a large so I went home, opened the bag. The fries were medium. The burger had two slices of cheese when I specifically asked for one . The burger was so soggy and just dripping with grease. It did not. Just have mayo like I asked. It even had ketchup in there which I specifically asked not to put ketchup, just mayonnaise. The lettuce was so soggy there was grease dripping out of the burger. It was so disgusting. I even asked for ketchup and she said she'll get it for me. There was no ketchup nor napkins in my bag. This was a total nightmare. Would I go back?
NO‼️‼️ 🙅🏻‍♂️🚫 THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD ‼️‼️ They are usually a Good about it but it looked like they had a bunch of new employees. I'm not sure but regardless the new employees should have The correct training in the fast food industry!!!! I have the app which I usually pick up drinks 3 days a week using my app. Would I go there and order again? NO!!!!
The manager should get a grip with his employees!!!

Lackluster sonic, orders always take extra long and then they discover they are out of an item several minutes afer you already placed the order. Really have no idea how come food orders take so long at this location, its hardly ever busy or crowded

I placed my drink order on my Sonic app. Went to pick up order , pulled in stall , stall did not work. That is always frustrating. All Sonic’s need a upgrade to the intercom systems !!! So went through drive through to get my drink order and that was an ordeal to figure out my order. I ordered a diet cherry ? limeade and I ask for extra ice . Was no extra ice . This has happened to me at other Sonic’s also . You advertise how much all your drinks and selection of drinks . None of that matters if you don’t get what you ordered . Not to mention I ordered a cherry limeade and got no Cherry ?. I got 3 limes ?‍ .

I was here Saturday. Food was ok. Service was poor.. Person at window took my money said she would be back with my change. I said ok. She then opened the window again and asked if I wanted the change. It was almost 3 dollars. I said whatever. It took almost 15 minutes from when I ordered till I finally got my food. I don't know why she expected a tip at the drive thru window.

I always feel welcome at the Lake Dallas Sonic. The carhops are friendly and upbeat, even when they seem really busy. The food is typical Sonic fare – not gourmet, but always hits the spot. I love coming here during Happy Hour for half-price drinks, and their breakfast burritos are surprisingly good.
