I have tried to give this place chance after chance, I just left there with 3 drink orders and it took 15 minutes waiting and not receiving my order, all the mean while 3 other cars came in after me and ordered and left and still my order was not filled, you guys need to do a better job training those teenagers you have working for you. They are a representation of your business, and when all they do is play on there phones and ignore customers, then except to lose my business as a consumer. It's my fault for giving y'all another chance. I will not be back.

Waited 6min for a large drink in drive through with 0 cars in covered parking area and none in drive through. I don’t even bother ordering food there because it’s not very good or fresh. Pretty bad when a gas station across the street serves better food and the drinks taste better. Should close or find someone else that knows how to run a restaurant. Wish I could give negative star because this place is not worth the money or the time to visit.

Patio speaker didn't work well enough to hear person taking our order. There were tots added to order that I didn't order. Wasn't given a receipt. Asked for a few ketchup and got a huge handful for a kid's fries. Drinks were overflowing and spilling before straw even put in. Food was cold and the driest burnt burger patty seen in 20+ years. Second attempt to go here since we moved and was turned away the first due to short staff and lack of planning during parade. extremely disappointed as I loved this location when lived here previously. Young man who delivered food was polite, but obviously didn't want to be there either. This location need a makeover in building and management/staffing badly.

My order was completely wrong. I ordered a sausage and cheese burrito and got bacon instead. Ordered cranberry juice and got cherry limeade instead. Had already left when realizing order was wrong.

This Sonic Is friendly, and they know how to serve a HOT burger, which the Hickory Creek location just cannot seem to make happen. Their onion rings are great too !

Whatever you do don't go here on a Sunday and expect your order to be correct, or quick. 20 minutes and they forgot part of the order. Management needs to have one experienced front of house person here at all times.

Deplorable_Vet

Went through the Drive Thrue and it took me forever to get to the window when there was only 2 cars in front of me. It was excessive to say the least. About 15 minutes. Then when I get to the window they don't open it for another couple of minutes. The food was ok and the Lime-aid was great. The onion rings were not very tasty because of the oil they used to cook in probably. Nasty aftertaste.
