Food was awesome! We went with a larger group, and everyone left happy. We were a little nervous when we pulled up, front side of the building had boards on the windows, but glad we decided to check this spot out. Service was good and the deserts were amazing too. Hopefully they're remodeling the interior space, not sure how they keep the patio cool in the summer. We'll definitely be back, definitely bringing some friends.

The service was wonderful. The meal I had (prime Rib Bowl) was one of the best things I've ever eaten, and I've been back many times for it.They usually have bread bowl meals of different styles, and if you can't decide what you want, start with one of those.

Used to be exceptional. Ruben a French dip meat reminds me of leftover spiral cut ham. Thick fatty garbage. Spent $60 bucks and left hungry because we couldn’t eat. I returned the Ruben and threw the leftover French dip away when we got home. Just another dive now, only this one is way overpriced due to the quality they put out now.

So this is a tough one for me. We need food normal restaurants in this area. Walters Tavern is... A restaurant. It has interesting food combinations, interesting flavors, is local, is a tavern with a nice atmosphere. But it's just too expensive for what it is in my opinion. The food was "fine", as in it wasn't bad or anything. But for $70 we got basically pasta in sauce and a couple of appetizers. None of it was bad, it was just... Not "wow flavors" for plain dishes, and plain dishes for "wow prices" should have more wow flavors.

I ordered the shrimp basket. My husband ordered a burger. Both were huge! The food was delicious. They had several menu items that sound great. Prices average around $17 per entree. Some items are a little less, some are about double that. The outdoor back patio was nicely decorated with tablecloths, flowers, and fake candles. They do have patio heaters. They had TVs on and a local sharing his life story with anyone who would listen. The bar area patio was enclosed for warmth, but absolutely filled with cigarette smoke. They had slot machines at the bar. It's like a dive bar serving top quality food and attempting to be nicer than a dive bar . The vibe was a bit odd. Our waitress was very welcoming and friendly. She had that southern hospitality charm. We received excellent service.
First time we ate there it was great , but the 2nd and 3rd time wasn't. There seems to be favoritism there.

Very attractive little hole in the wall with awesome outdoor patio seating. The food was awesome! Ask about their brisket flautas! Shout out to Taylor for being super fun, personable, and an awesome waitress. Taylor made my first experience there perfect!

Not good at all the fish tasted nasty/ coleslaw was really warm for a mayonnaise based slaw. I will say they were really accommodating in trying to fix everything that's the one star. Ok !! We paid 25 ++ for a meal we returned, I said ok prime rib sandwich 15 or so dollars thinking my wife would come home with at least with the difference of the two meals? nope. They said come back and we will give ya more free food? Kinda weird ,but it was heartfelt.
