Really enjoyed our sandwich place was clean and the staff seemed to know his job and made sure it was to our satisfaction good experience all around

Every single sandwich was wrong. Not the first time. They are made horribly. Leaving off extras you pay more for, and chips and drinks. Better to close early than put out what they do in the evening

The young guy with Morgan Walken hair and glasses is the ONLY guy I'll actually order from... The rest of the adults that work there just look put out that that they had to walk over and serve you. Also the 2 there today had to be called in from outside and neither one washed their hands!!! Um excuse me? And they're out of everything.... Again ... I'll drive someplace else for food, no thanks. Sorry YOU got a job doing something YOU don't want to do, NOT the customers fault lady Id expect it out of teenagers but not older grown adults... smdh

I bet you can't get a meatball sandwich. This subway is the worst. It is always out of something. Also they changed the names of the subs on the menu and now the sandwiches cost double.

Training new guy .he was sloppy and all around messy. I asked for oil and vinegar and asked for more vinegar. I didn't even taste any. Wa very very slow. It was lunch. They should have pitched in to help him. It took him couple trys to wrap it.

Tell your rude employees to honor posted hours. She immediately turned me away as soon as I walked up, after I politely said hello, saying “ma’am I’m shutting down” with an annoyed tone and rolling her eyes. Mind you she still had over 25 minutes until closing. This was my first time in this location and I certainly will not be returning.

The dark haired lady is ruuuude! Mumbles foul language under her breath. I’d like to add, this is after we were standing there and a line piling up behind us because she stood there for a minute after looking at us standing there, noticing we’re there, then walked away to the back. The young girl that looked like she was on her break to the side, finally got up to help us all. After she was almost done with our order, the short dark-haired lady comes back and starts slamming stuff around asking my family what we want, as if we haven’t been standing there for 5 minutes already getting our order completed by the other girl. This would be 1 star, if the young, nice blonde-haired girl, didn’t come help us out. She deserves 5 stars. Good job ma’am!

Way below Subway standards. Food safety standards not followed. No reason to mash down the tuna on my sandwich with a gloved hand (when were the gloves changed?) I was shocked by the clerk’s actions and foul language (under her breath towards the register). I should have walked away and gone somewhere else.

It was extremely small. The meat tasted old. The bread was barely even toasted and the kid there didn't even know how to ring up things that he rang one one up like three times. I won't be going back to that one and the drink machine was empty and he didn't know how to replace the bottles

Very disappointed!!!!My husband went in to order three sandwiches. They were out of olives, and Italian herb bread. Had three wheat loafs left, but the gentleman behind the counter hit them on the counter and they were hard as a rock. Get home, opened my sandwich, there was almost no meat on it and what was on it was rolled up in the back of the bread.Well definitely drive to Whitesboro next time.
