I was in the actual drive-through line for 25 minutes then when I go inside to see what’s going on, he was being super friendly With a group of Hispanic people, and whenever I was next in line, he pointed his finger in my face and told me to wait a minute, so I walked out

They had so many food orders from like door dash that they weren't able to take are order. They wanted us to order on an app or online. That's just ridiculous! So we left. Wait time was outrageous when there wasn't anyone even there.

I only go here to collect my free Whopper from WM+. The meat has an artificial smoke added. There is usually something cooked wrong. They don't have Diet Dr Pepper, and it's overpriced. Some of the people are nice but it can be very slow.

Let’s start with the positive: the two gentlemen working were polite and friendly. Place is quiet.
Now, onto the bad — and unfortunately, there's a lot of it. I spent over $30 on food, and not a single item was good. This isn’t me being overly picky; it’s just my opinion. Everything was awful. The ice tasted strange, the drink machine was either out of order or not functioning properly, and the food took nearly 30 minutes to come out — despite only one other customer being in the place.
The fries had a weird taste, the chicken wraps were gross, and what was supposed to be a sundae ended up being a shake that I didn’t even bother with correcting them on after the long wait. The ice cream tasted freezer burnt, anyway.
Honestly, I don’t know how this place is still in business. I rarely visited this location before, but now I know I’ll never go back.
