Update: The owner actually reached out to me and handled the situation in a professional manner! I did change my stars to reflect, but only because of the professionalism of the owner..

Original:”We were Really dissatisfied and disappointed this is a 15$ sandwich missing meat. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. The so called “manager” REFUSED TO give me her name, as she knows that she is completely out of line. Had to repeatedly call to even get a number to report her. All I know is that her and Robert were the ones working on 12/19/24 at 3:30 pm. Completely Rude! After calling 30+ times, I think her name is Robin. “

I'm used to the Owner being here. I was told her no longer comes bc of the Lady running it now doesn't need him there and have him back to his wife.
She seemed nice and friendly, moped the whole place while we were eating. The cashier, needs some help. Not friendly, no Customer service at all.
I ordered it usual California Philly and some fries. The fries were not completely cooked, they were soggy and had Liquid cheese and yucky bacon on them. About 15 fries for $5.90. the sandwiches barely had meat on them and no cheese!!!!

I went here on a whim on my way out of the store. They were offering half price boneless wings...70 cents each. They were barely warm, but the sauce was very flavorful. My biggest concern was the size. Each piece, except one, was the size of a donut hole. Can't imagine paying $1.40 for a bite of chicken.

Awesome food and fantastic service.

The food was awesome - took one star off only because the fries were a little stale. I did get the original and not the cheesy ones. I am sure those would have been a better choice. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and suggested the old school and the chicken California both were fantastic! Highly recommend!! We also tried the bbq wings which were crispy and well coated in sauce. Overall great experience!!
