Did the drive thru. One of the all white meat tenders definitely wasn't. 1/31 been a couple months tried it again. Our food was great, especially my chicken livers.( Most places way over cook them. These were perfect.) Thank you chicken express.

Food is good but they can't seem to get my order correct... ever. Every time I ask for spicy, I get regular. I even asked twice before and still noticed it was regular. It shouldn't be that hard to comprehend and yet here we are. Please focus on what you're doing. People pay crazy prices these days for a good product so please just pay attention a little better.

Ordered online. Picked up, got home, and bag was missing items. Called the restaurant and they said they could not do anything because their online site is actually run by door dash. They didn't even offer to replace the missing items. Will not be back to this location again.

I can only speak for the drive-thru as I have not dined in. The older lady who works. The drive-thru is super sweet, fast, and professional. Whoever the male manager is, however, he's not very professional in how he speaks to customers. Definitely could use some soft skill training. Drinks are almost always right here, food as well. The food and the tea is great. A lot of places have bad sweet tea but theirs is always fresh.

The most sullen workers with attitude I've had in a while. The workers are slow, unprofessional, and grabbed food with their hands in front of us to eat it, them began making our food without doing anymore than wiping their fingers on their shirt. Disgusting and would definitely recommend searching elsewhere for food.
