Came here to pick up my son’s cake for his birthday, Aly Made my experience one that I’ll never forget this will be my go to Dairy Queen. Her customer service was extraordinary on on top of that, the atmosphere was pleasant, upbeat, and clean. The gal at the register was also cheerful and eager to help us take our order. Thank you Aly for making my day a lot easier to plan my son birthday!! You rock lake worth! The Oreo blizzard ice cream cake is 10 out of 10!

The manager Allie is an overgrown toddler, she should be more mature than the teens she is supposed to lead. To have her yelling about drama or starting drama between DQ team members like she is 16 again in front of customers is embarrassing. If your kid works here I feel bad for them. I’ve been here many times and witnessed the poor leadership skills of this person and at her big age of 35-45 she is not showing them what effective leadership is AT ALL. Good leadership doesn’t have to scream orders at team members, good leadership focuses on the task at hand not stirring the pot or sipping the tea as the young ones say. She should be ASHAMED of the leadership and environment she has curated. I will not return to any of the DQs owned by this franchisee due to the multiple negative interactions I’ve seen. Enough is enough.
My review is enough. I don’t want to reach out to corporate unless they’re going to actually do something about this so called manager.

First time I went to this location since it opened, I waited for what felt like 2 hours for just 2 blizzards, while several people that came in after me had ordered and got their food and left. I said something about it and the manager that night wasn’t doing a single thing except walking around and sitting in the back. Now, I order for the 3rd time from there and yet again, I’m now missing a whole drink and 3 extra things of gravy. I love Dairy Queen, but for some unknown reasons it seems like this location just doesn’t really care half the time.

I had such a great experience at Dairy Queen thanks to ally! Their customer service was friendly, patient, and genuinely caring.
Every time I come to this location, service is always very slow. Does not matter what time or day, there is no sense or urgency or trying to get anyone serviced quickly.

You know this place sucks bad it's so sad that they always have to burn their hot dogs that they have which are their actual chili dogs and then whenever you go there to order you know like four chili dogs you know cuz you got four people to feed that they always burn them every time and then you have to sit there and wait for 30 minutes I'm actually the only one that ever waits at that stop sign there nobody else does it's a dairy Queen their service sucks their food sucks I mean it's just the worst place ever in the world I won't go there anymore The people suck and so does the food

So apparently they charge for a cup of water here??? My kid was thirsty and I didn't want to drive through and just ask for water so I got a small ice cream so I would pay for something they had me pull forward and when I got the receipt they charged like 2.50 for the water and charged it as a soda?? Eesh.
