Has yet to hook me. I have been to this location twice. First time here was my 1st time to the franchise I was hoping to get a little help with ordering but was rushed by the employee. Second time here I asked a question or 2 but was cut off by the employee in the drive-thru. She seemed to be in a hurry & not too worried about what kind of customer service she provided. Needless to say, I wasn’t too happy with the service & left with no purchase.

I always hit them up during happy hour to get a round(4 large) since there isn't one close to my house. They are always friendly and usually efficient, but the girl at the window today must have been new. All my unsweet drinks were sweet... ? ? I'll definitely check them next time.

Tamara, one of the employees, is consistently rude. I have been visiting this establishment almost every day, and they charged me a dollar for water today when I brought my own cup and everything. Probably not the best way to treat your loyal customers. Have not had this experience at Denton or Childress stores.

I’ve been to many HTeaO locations and this is a great one! It’s very clean and the tea and fruit bar is well stocked. The employees were friendly and there was a short line that moved super fast. They have some snacks and gallon teas available. The tea is always so good!! I tried the sweet mint for the first time here and loved it!

I have been to locations from here in the DFW area to Northeast Oklahoma, across the board every location has been spot on. Great customer service, absolutely amazing taste and flavors, and an assortment of goodies, cups, and coolers anyself-respectingg tea connoisseur should not be without. Download the app for easy locating, ordering, and reaping of the points you'll earn with each purchase. Tell them, Michael sent ya (just kidding they have no idea who I am). However, don't take my word for it. Go by and grab ya a glass, and don't be afraid to try blends of different flavors. Your tastebuds will thank me.
My new go to place! I love the Texas Chai tea. Clean ingredients nothing weird. Their coffee is really good too!

The tea is great but the employees at the front always have an attitude, asked for a drink carrier and the employees opened it and slammed it on the counter. If you’re that miserable working here work somewhere else?
