I forgot to get my receipt, so I called to find out what my total was. The dude who answered said he didn't have time for that and hung up on me. When I called back, they picked up the phone and hung up immediately. So I continued calling (about 12 times) and they continued to pick up and hang up without saying a word.

I will not be coming back to this location my food was all wrong I asked for a ultimate cheeseburger and got a jumbo jack with cold fries on top of that I went in to asked could I get what I ordered I look over to everyone that is cooking have no gloves on no hair nets on and I seen the cook which was a Hispanic lady take the fries out the freezer with her bear hand no gloves and place the fries in the basket that was so disgusting and she was frowning at me because I guess one of the managers told her my order was incomplete yall don’t wear gloves or hair nets and the restaurant had water all over the floor I hate I wasted my money hear I threw all the food away after i seen that they don’t use gloves

I recently placed a mobile order for pickup at this jack in the box, I ordered the bacon croissant and in my order I had gotten the sausage croissant, I didn’t realize until I got back to my home. I cannot have sausage due to my dietary restrictions so I was lucked out about $6 AND breakfast!
