IN MY PERSONAL OPINION THIS PREMISES IS NOT USEFUL IN THE MINIMUM FOR THE PERSON WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE PREMISES SINCE THEY ALLOW HIM TO EVEN BLUE A DASHER EVEN IF IT IS ONLY BY DESCRIMINATION!!...IN MY AREA I AM ONE OF THE BEST DASHERS AND FOR A MISUNDERSTANDING IN THE CAR SERVICE!!...SHE ONLY COMMITTED DISCRIMINATION WHEN ONLY MY HUSBAND WAS PLAYING WITH THE GIRLS AND JUST BY SILVAR SHE LISTENED TO IT AND ASSUMED IT WAS FOR HER WHEN IT WAS NOT LIKE THAT!!...AND IT IS EXTREMELY UNFAIR THAT DUE TO A MISUNDERSTANDING THEY ALLOW HER TO PLAY WITH OTHERS' WORK!!...I NEVER HAD ANYTHING AGAINST HER I JUST WANTED TO CONTINUE DOING MY WORK AS I HAVE BEEN DOING IT FOR ALMOST 4 YEARS!!...HERE I LEAVE A PHOTO OF MY ACCOUNT THAT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF I LOVE MY JOB AND I GIVE 100% OF ME SO THAT MY CUSTOMERS ARE 100% SATISFIED!!....????????

March 28,2024 around 4:15 pm the Hispanic dark lady working the window had an attitude because I was explaining to her I ordered 2 chicken wraps & she charged me for 4 of them she kept telling me “what do I mean “ & I had to physically show her I only wanted 2 not 4 she got mad and had me park didn’t even apologize & threw the bag at me with my change some of the coins even fell on the floor this is very unprofessional & I hope action is taken by corporate. Not to mention this is how my wrap looked I ordered the same at another jack & it does not look like the one I ordered at the other location.

THIS PLACE SUCKS ! Check you bag ! I ordered 3 sanwickes and curly fry. The manager was dancing and had his arm around the drive thru cashier, singing latino song. Then missed my spicy chicken sandwich, the grilled sourdough was not fully grilled and the frys were cold. I went back the next week with receipt just trying to get my sandwich. They said they had no authority to give it to me even tho it was the same manager and cashier.

Fantastic experience this evening. Drive thru was quick, friendly, helpful. My shake was so creamy and they even have the big straws so your head doesn't implode. The curlier frues were hot and perfectly crisp. Bravo team night shift.

Ordered online in the middle of the day for pick up. When arrived found the doors locked. Knocked, no one responded. Got back in vehicle to get food, by the time I got to the window asked why door was locked, received the response twice of thank you. Received food, burgers were barely warm. Curly fries barely warm, drink had little ice because already melted.

The people were nice, and they got our food out quick enough, but the fries were not hot, and the burgers didn't come as ordered. The facility is mostly clean. The parking lot is small, but adequate. The drive through is navigable. The dining area is servicable, with wheel chair access tables.If you're hammered or stoned, in a hurry, and it's late at night, this place might satisfy your needs.If you're sober, manage your time well and are handy with a griddle or grill, a spatula and seasonings, hit the grocery store, grab what you need, and take the time to make it yourself. These days, with the prices of fast skyrocketing, it's MUCH cheaper and well worth the effort to make burgers at home. You can relax and talk with people while you're cooking...much better scenario. Just my two cents.

Tried to stop.by to get tacos at 10pm had a car in front of me for 20 minutes and when I got out to see what's taking so long, the cars empty, left with the lights on, no one inside visible like they were not taking orders. Like this the very next morning too, inside wasn't open and no one would answer the drive thru window, but you could tell people were inside. This used to be my favorite place but who ever is working here only works when they want to.
The tacos were very greasy and mostly lettuce
