The club sandwiches are top notch. First of all, they are giant. Could easily feed 2 people. The honey mustard is a game changer. So freaking goood. Love McAlisters.

I would leave a lower star for the most recent experience but it is hit or miss. I have ordered hear a lot over the last 5 years. They make food fast! The kitchen is fast! The front staff changes. Sometimes ( I rarely go in) (you can call in your order, so they can keep more profits and pickup) I go in and people are nice, sometimes not. I wish it was more unified. Like you will always get a smile etc. But, that's truly not the case. During holidays over the many years, like when my mom passed away, as a family we ate inside. The floors and tables were always dirty. Not at their best. A few plates were also dirty. I prefer to get to go because of it. But, really, I wish I could dine in and get a clean kind experience every time so I can get that peace. The food is really good. I enjoy the quickness and the quality. Thank you to those that are super nice which I haven't seen them. It all starts with good pay excellent training and having standards that everyone is proud of. Maybe corporate needs to make it happen.

I went there to meet some friends from a previous workplace and I ordered their signature king club sandwich meal. The food was fresh and properly prepared and the service was excellent. The reason why I gave 4 stars was the restroom was not clean at all and the meal was $17.51. A bit pricey for a cold sandwich meal.

1st time customer. Very satisfied. Lots to choose from. Food very well prepared and hot. The baked potato was steaming hot, the way it should be. Broccoli cheddar soup hearty and filling. McAllister club was so large could not finish. Food served up fast. We will definitely come back and try other menu items.

I ordered the Club sandwich & it was amazing! The broccoli was pretty bland.. however- a touch of salt & not too bad! 👍
