I would leave a lower star for the most recent experience but it is hit or miss. I have ordered hear a lot over the last 5 years. They make food fast! The kitchen is fast! The front staff changes. Sometimes ( I rarely go in) (you can call in your order, so they can keep more profits and pickup) I go in and people are nice, sometimes not. I wish it was more unified. I went there to meet some friends from a previous workplace and I ordered their signature king club sandwich meal. The food was fresh and properly prepared and the service was excellent. The reason why I gave 4 stars was the restroom was not clean at all and the meal was $17.51. A bit pricey for a cold sandwich meal.

1st time customer. Very satisfied. Lots to choose from. Food very well prepared and hot. The baked potato was steaming hot, the way it should be. Broccoli cheddar soup hearty and filling. McAllister club was so large could not finish. Food served up fast. We will definitely come back and try other menu items.
