I wouldn't eat at the McDonald's in Lake Worth again if you paid me. 1 - the guy that took my order and my money had to ask what I ordered when I got to the window. He handed me back my card and didn't say one word. Just turned around, not a thank you, didn't ask me if I would like and ketchup, I mean nothing, not one word, like I wasn't even there. 2 - the one at the next window handed me my order, and again, nothing - just here you go, then shut the window. 3 - the food was horrible. The fries were gross, the chicken sandwich had no taste and all the mayo was blobbed in one spot. 4 - and now I feel sick in my stomach. Pepto isn't even helping. I may not even be able to work tomorrow if I still feel this sick. Worst McDonald's ever. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Can the damn workers here not read a screen!!!! It never fails they ALWAYS , ALWAYS forget something!!!! It's not that hard to read a screen!!!!! Forgot my sons mcchicken and the nugget sauces!!!!! It's crap!!!!!!

It was okay but their bags are no good, my friend was on the way back to the car with our food and it just ripped apart and our food went everywhere, but the manager replaced what we couldn't save. So that was a good thing.

The manager is a beast! They've never disappointed me, they always get my order right.. And for how busy they always are, they get the orders out pretty quick!

I haven't had Mc Donald's in like 2 years however...I've come here 3 days in a row because they are fast, friendly, and the Manager Ms. Lucy is a doll! The staff is nice and pleasant. Great hospitality!

Honestly this McDonald’s always does a good job. They’re always nice too and the food is fresh 9 times out of 10. Every other McDonald’s around here sucks and they’re always OUT of everything.

I just left there. I ordered 2 meals, my husbands was correct. We both got quarter pounders. They are supposed to be made fresh to order. Mine did not even have a bottom bun. It had one, and then the bottom was cheese basically glued to the box. I finally got it out of the box and took off half the cheese since it was melted to the bottom of the box. Then it was falling apart.... since it didn’t have a bottom bun. I understand mistakes happen but this was nasty. I usually don’t do reviews. But this one was so frustrating.....

Drive through was fast and efficient. My wait time was less then expected. Good customer service ?
I would’ve gave it a five star because of it is location but only the waiting time is a little longer then expected.

Well I order a sausage biscuit and got a lettuce biscuit and I was not very too happy this morning I am not a vegan either so I don't understand

Came in and ordered 50 egg McMuffins and 25 hash browns for my crew. This team went above and beyond. The food was hot, fast, and the employees and management were friendly and helpful! 5 star service at a fast food location deserves to be recognized. Great job, guys!
