Ordered and paid on the app. Went to pick up my sandwich and they didn't have my order. The money was taken out of my bank, but they told me they couldn't do anything about it due to no order on their end. So, I got charged, no food, they couldn't do anything about it in store, nor did they make the sandwich even though I showed them I was charged for the food.
I came here to get food for my beautiful wife. They were so polite and professional. I thank God for Colton and Katherine! :)

The staff wasn't very friendly when I walked in. The food was mediocre they didn't give me enough on my sandwich then what I put on the app

I ordered 3 sandwiches and my tuna sandwiched bread was so hard to eat never again will i ordered from them again
There is absolutely no reason to go here during lunch. It’s the slowest service. I watched more people leave than actually get food. Schedule more people during peak hours. It’s ridiculous.
Worst subway I have ever been too. Busy as hell and letting money walk out the door. Currently still in line after standing here for more than half an hour. Have not been spoken to. No apologies to any customers. No sense of urgency from anyone, just seems like no one cares in the least. Very unhappy that I wasted my whole lunch break and DONT GET LUNCH. Do better, how hard is it to make a sandwich.

I got a sandwich today 1/10/2025 one the service was horrible they were moving like they were in slow motion very stingy on the veggies it looks like I only got 4 pieces of each veggie I asked for including black olives and the bread is so hard it's stale I did not pay my hard earned money to eat something that belongs in the trash
they should have more than one person working because he can not handle it

Very poor customer service. The workers were on something else today. Order was wrong as well.
Don’t go to this place is full or rats and pests and the cheese had mold on it , luckily the employees were nice and gave me a new subway.Except owner of this subway store is rude and disrespectful and still expect twice to leave tip and clean my table.Guys I don’t recommend.
I've always come to the location but in the past four years the service has drastically went downhill. Either the employees don't want to work, they move one inch at a time and forget things instantly, or have attitudes because we came in to order. The food is mostly the same but the service highly takes away from the experience. I have had similar experiences at other locations as well, this will be my last time ever stepping foot in a Subway ever again.

Can't even eat the sanwhich before it fell apart from bread being undercooked. I now have garlic and Baja sauce all over the fabric of my carseats....

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. I ordered online today, for a later pickup after work. Got to the store and they did not have my order ready. (Surprise, Surprise), come to find out my order was voided but money was taking out of my account. Now, I obviously did not void my own order, someone else had to have done it. Just watch yourselves when ordering from this location, personally i will be going somewhere else.
