We ordered our food online, said our food was ready for pickup, get inside its not ready. Waited 15 minutes people who walked in after us who ordered in store got their food. After 20 minutes our food still isnt in the mobile and delivery pick up area. I go ask and our food was off on the side sitting there cold. I asked manger for a refund or remake our food she said refunds only online. I asked her to remake our food. She takes her hand and starts smashing/feeling our food and says its fine. Hard shelll tacos were soggy, everything was cold. Terrible. She didn't care neither did anyone else that works there. The only taco bell that doesnt place food in the pickup area ive been to and announce the order when putting in there. Management is completely worthless at this location!!! The food sucked cold, but was considered ok to her standards. Why have the pickup area if you're not gonna put the food in there.

Went to front line to let them know I had a pick up order since there was no other customers in the store. A flamboyant male asked me to go back around in to check in. Then asked to assist after a more than several mins again while no one in drive thru or in restaurant asked to assist. So he finally did but looked annoyed to be at work or that he had to assist me. (Maybe just had a bad day) Still no excuse to be rude then I don’t know if food was made with a bad batch or what but food came right back up as well….. We get Taco Bell at least 1 to 2 times a week for quick in between kids pick up, errands, so forth. But that was the last time we will order or eat at this location.

So I came to this location last night and I specifically said SOFT taco..i get home and it was a crunchy taco..I callled the store and NO ONE answered. .. I came back TODAY with that taco and told a white female (who said she was a manager) about what happened and she IMMEDIATELY rejected me before I could finish my sentence...she said she could do anything about it.. I told her that its their mistake and she should give me what I paid for ...she slammed the window in my face and then a lil Mexican boy come to the window with animosity and said he was a trainee manager and told me they not fixing it and got hostile because I asked why did she send him to the window if she was the manager...it was a black girl there that witnessed the whole episode...after a few minutes they sent the taco out but I wasn't comfortable giving it to my son...I felt like they did something to it...this is sad and pitiful...someone needs to be terminated!!!!

First time in a TB for a very long time. This place was no atmosphere. Huge tablets took my order. As if I knew what I was doing. Bad, very bad. No human to help or be cashier. Only humans made the food and delivered it. Very robotic.cold..numb.
Guess you could get used to it? Idk if I would return? Food was good. Prices were cheaper than anticipated. I want people working and servicing. I want jobs for young people to be able to do part time as the continue education. This is a job to help young people. But it seems they want to remove as many workers as possible. Maybe good business sense but not people sense. Good luck with everything.

I ordered my food online 10 minutes before arriving because I have a short lunch break literally one burrito I waited so long I never got my food and had to go back to work because they were only working on the drive thru items while the inside was full of people waiting longer than I had

I have to say the people that work at this location are the nicest group of employees. They are nice to each other they're nice to customers considering how understand they are they're extremely extremely nice. That being said it is a minimum 30 minute wait anytime you go there to get your food. I had driven home an hour and a half last night from Stephenville to Lake Worth and waited almost an hour to get my food and there's more but okay all of it stems from the lack of employees they have there. It is huge huge problem at this location
