No Taco Buenos in Illinois. Was so excited. The food was fabulous but the young girl at the counter holding it up, needs to go. She was frustrated, deadpan & not helpful. All attitudes that NO business needs as your first contact.

The salad shell tasted like old grease. Absolutely the worst ever. The lobby was COLD.
Visited at lunch and there was no wait at all. Food was delicious and we were greeted with a smile.

This location was much better when my son was the manager... Quality has decreased but it's still Taco bueno. It's still decent to eat. It's clean and quiet and cheap

Does anyone work here??? Came through the drive through yesterday about 6pm and sat forever and no answer. Pulled to the window and still no response. Eventually left; horrible customer service !

Incompetent. Went thru drive thru- gave me sweet tea when I asked for unsweet. Got home to discover the messed up our order all the way around. Employee was unfriendly .
