This location was much better when my son was the manager... Quality has decreased but it's still Taco bueno. It's still decent to eat. It's clean and quiet and cheap

Does anyone work here??? Came through the drive through yesterday about 6pm and sat forever and no answer. Pulled to the window and still no response. Eventually left; horrible customer service !

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not greeted at the speaker or in person, just a “give me a minute” with the most sour tone. Doesn’t say hello at the window, has zero personality. It took about 10 minutes for two burritos, (after waiting like 8 minutes at the speaker) didn’t bother trying to let me know what was going on. If you’re short staffed that’s fine, but communication goes a long way instead of just ignoring the customer. If you hate your job, find a new one!

Overall the quality of food has been declining for some time and the price for the food is no longer worth the convenience. Cook at home, save your hard earned money! Plus, it will taste better.

Ordered through drive through made us back up just to get a bird that flew in through the drive-through and the taco Bueno building then there was A employee with gloves on had a broom in his hand, trying to dig the bird out from behind the register at the drive-through never seen him take his gloves off or anything before he handled any food or anything unsanitary then one asked if that guy was making our food That was unsanitary with gloves on trying to handle a broom to get a bird manager on duty said her name was Kansas Reyes to say the guy that had gloves on with broom trying to get bird out of restaurant was a customer not employee but yet he was wearing a taco BUENO shirt and beside that sense when where customers aloud to be behind the counter I mean anyone behind the counter close to any food or machine are suppose to go through safety training last I worked in fast food I am so taking this matter to health inspection by the way nasty place I recamwnd to no dine or take out here!!

Store needs to get together. Forget my guac chips and queso and the drink to my combo. If they cant multitask then there needs to be more staff. 10$ worth of food I did not receive. & they dont answer the phone. Line is busy probably due to other orders they are messing up.

It's an alright Taco Bueno. I had to point out that the salsa bar needed to be restocked. Our food wasn't very warm, and they seemed to be skimping on the burrito meat filling. I took a bite and it was mostly lettuce. I had to eat half of the burrito before I got a mouthful of taco meat.
