I have gone to this place a lot but I was disappointed today… I waited several minutes in drive thru and no one if answers or said hold on. So I drove up to window to see people talking in back and not even working.
I don’t like to complain but that was first time I ever experienced horrible customer service from them and I was disappointed because I love the smoothies.

This place was amazing ! Found them on a. Google with a quick nearby search and went in to grab something quick. The lady at the counter was very welcoming (!!!) and very informative, which was great because this is my first time to this place. She even walked my order to me vs sliding it over the counter. Great customer service!!! Thank you

Stopped on the way to work, huge mistake. There were no customers in the store and we were the only car in the drive thru, the person working the drive thru was rude, wanting to complete my order after every word I said and after putting my order in they took almost 30 minutes for 2 quesadillas and a mango smoothie. We started eating on the way to work and the food was already room temperature which tells me they made it, set it aside and made me wait for no reason. Terrible experience

Forgot to ask for his name, but the tall guy up front, wonderful. Welcomed us in, helped us narrow down what smoothie we should get based on what we liked, and had a nice conversation with us. Smoothie was delicious ??

Love the jetty punch and the hummus, veggie wrap.

Staff was unfriendly. Customer service traing needed.

If the staff here ever wanted to work anywhere else I would hire them! They are always fast, super friendly, and always positive. I find myself coming here multiple times a week. The food is consistently good and I don't find that at other establishments. My coworkers relay the same experience. Top notch! Owner should be proud!

Good smoothies. A little annoying to mess with the tip option at the drive thru. Need a touch pad if you’re gonna solicit tipping.

This place used to be good years ago but now the workers will constantly forget items for mobile orders, and they do not modify mobile orders when you ask for extra fruit or other ingredients. I contacted the store via the app and the owner has not said anything.
