They had me pull forward after paying. Nobody else behind me the whole time, I waited 8 minutes then reversed. Food came right up. I taste a fry and it was cold, which was disappointing considering the wait. It's 9pm and there's at least 7 workers inside and I'm the only customer around so not sure what the wait was for, nobody bothered explaining anything to me. Anyway I asked for fresh fries and the guy handed me another order of cold stale fries. Very disappointed in the poor customer service at this location. However, the spicy chicken sandwich was straight 🔥 please keep up the good work with that

This is what a well-run restaurant looks like. The staff is working on point and the location looks clean. The restaurant is bright and airy and it is perfectly clean. The drink machine has all the drinks available. I repeat, the drink machines has all the drinks available, you do not see that all that often. It's easy to find because the restaurant is right there by the gas station. Highly recommend, I wish the Wendy's in Arlington were run this efficiently but no, I could seriously eat here all the time. The hamburger was so fresh and the bacon very crispy. The fries and nuggets were excellent. Whoever owns this restaurant should take over the ones in Arlington. I would eat at a lot more Wendy's locations if they were run this well. 5 out of 5 stars for this location!

Very poor customer service on the drive through. Gentleman w the lashes seemed confused or upset because we asked for a straw, napkins and a spoon for our baked potato. Items that should automatically be n the bag since drink was ordered and so was baked potato. Some retraining would highly be recommended.

I'm currently standing outside at 8:33am. The doors are locked. The dining area is supposed to be open at 7am, the store at 6:30am. The store IS open, but there's no way inside. I placed my order but I'm working and in a 13ft tall box truck that won't make clearance. I'm knocking and the workers are just watching me like an idiot
This place is clean and good line is slow but kinda worth it for the nuggets. There staff are so nice the best actually!! Would eat and come again
