This is what a well-run restaurant looks like. The staff is working on point and the location looks clean. The restaurant is bright and airy and it is perfectly clean. The drink machine has all the drinks available. I repeat, the drink machines has all the drinks available, you do not see that all that often. It's easy to find because the restaurant is right there by the gas station. Highly recommend, I wish the Wendy's in Arlington were run this efficiently but no, I could seriously eat here all the time. The hamburger was so fresh and the bacon very crispy. The fries and nuggets were excellent. Whoever owns this restaurant should take over the ones in Arlington. I would eat at a lot more Wendy's locations if they were run this well. 5 out of 5 stars for this location!

Very poor customer service on the drive through. Gentleman w the lashes seemed confused or upset because we asked for a straw, napkins and a spoon for our baked potato. Items that should automatically be n the bag since drink was ordered and so was baked potato. Some retraining would highly be recommended.

I'm currently standing outside at 8:33am. The doors are locked. The dining area is supposed to be open at 7am, the store at 6:30am. The store IS open, but there's no way inside. I placed my order but I'm working and in a 13ft tall box truck that won't make clearance. I'm knocking and the workers are just watching me like an idiot

Do not go here! Absolutely terrible food everytime I come. They never fail to mess up my order and whoever the morning shift is has absolutely terrible attitudes and the bathroom had roaches
UNSANITARY, SLOW AND RUDE! I ordered online and they wouldn’t serve me in the drive thru saying I had to pick it up inside. Well despite enough time when I went inside it still wasn’t ready despite the restaurant literally being empty. So I decided I’d go to the restroom while I waited. When I went in the restroom there was a take out bag full of plastic ware on the counter. Maybe 15-20 forks and spoons. Gross but I thought since it was obviously trash I should take them and wash them to donate to an organization I work with that delivers meals to homeless people. I waited another 10 minutes and got my food. After I was in my car and about to drive away a young white male (maybe 20) chased me down and said I needed give back the plastic ware. I calmly explained the circumstances of it being in the bathroom and my plan to recoup the situation to help others. Unphased, he said said a worker accidentally left them in there on their cleaning duty and I needed to give them back as they only had so many per day they were allowed to stock. (Note to add this was an interesting explanation since the bathroom did not look freshly attended to).
I explained they were in the bathroom and they shouldn’t be used without cleaning and it didn’t seem to matter. I handed him the bag and watched thru the window as he literally stocked them after 1.) being in bathroom 2.) being taken out of the restaurant 3.) in a persons car!
If that’s how they feel about disposable plastic ware imagine how they might feel about spoiling food or things dropped on the floor etc…. Needless to say I did not eat my order but I did give it away to a guy at the racetrac gas station in the same parking lot after telling him I could eat it cuz the restaurant was dirty. He didn’t care and was happy to have it.
Not only will I not eat at this Wendy’s again I won’t eat at any since they have rules about how many things each shift gets etc… you know this is happening elsewhere. I don’t expect any fast food joint to be completely clean etc but using plastic ware that’s been chased down seems way too gross to risk.

Worst Wendy’s I ever had gave my son food poisoning and he’s been sick ever since from this place food was cold and nuggets was old made my son sick and I asked for the new frosty and received chocolate frosty with. Oreos crushed up for 4 dollars I will never buy my kids Wendy’s never again and this location is not sanitized and the food and drinks taste old and cold
