Negative Star rating** This is absolutely the worst fast food restaurant I’ve been to in my life. In all aspects. They just don’t seem to care to get better. Today I decided to give them another try after a year of not going and it was the worst decision I made. Only one in line and had to wait 10 minutes just for them to having missing items so I had to go back in, and the workers were sloths , no smiles on anyone’s face, and no clue how to perform the job they were hired to do. and when I get home I bite into my sandwich to get a long piece of hair , had to gag that out , so at this point don’t want to take a bite of anything else. and the “iced coffee” how do you even mess that up? Don’t waste your time here. Need new management / owners asap.

I don't understand why they are having to park you...this place is dead no one in the parking lot or lobby. Wendy's has gone down hill. Food socks, over priced and the service is trash. My 4/23/2025:visit at 940pm is garbage.

Took my tablet and my waifu to eat at wendy’s yesterday. Thought I’d find a table inside! There was no seating arrangement so we sat on the grill. It was all fun and games until me and waifu’ pants were grilled off! I ordered three party corn dogs and my waifu said she wasn’t hungry so she just took the grease. Thought I’d take her for dessert afterwards, but Shaniqua didn’t like that idea. Finally convince her to let us get dessert at Wendy’s by giving her a pint of queso. The ice cream was mid.

Haven’t been to this location since the pandemic. I read the reviews since. I actually had a good experience compared to other customers. Came at a good time, service was good, food was on point. I would take pics but I ate it all.

Well the facts I had to wait to still get cold food was crazy and it wasn’t a line lol prolly gone start back going to Clifford they always on point and customer service be excellent
I ordered 20 PC spicy chicken nuggets and they gave me regular, The receipt said spicy so they are passing off regular for the spicy, I had to throw them away.They taste so bad!
