This was once a posh, boutique place to enjoy an afternoon drink and sandwich. I ordered a bowl of potato soup, and there are no potato’s. Just broth. Some crazy drunk dude sat at our table to harass some famous golfer who also preferred not to be bothered. Boaters stand and at the only view of the lake, so, there is not much to enjoy here for an expensive stop.

We ordered calamari, but instead of the tasty seafood we were hoping for, we got a plate full of fried jalapeño peppers and some weird flour pieces that definitely weren't calamari. It was pretty disappointing!
The service wasn’t great. One of our plates had two chipped corners, which just felt a bit careless.
We had an incredible dining experience at Canyon Grille! Our server, Michelle, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made the night extra special.
The food was outstanding across the board: the crabmeat flounder was perfectly cooked and flavorful, the salmon was fresh and delicious, the shrimp scampi was rich and savory, and the wagyu burger was juicy and cooked to perfection. We also loved the shishito peppers—a perfect starter with just the right kick.
Top-notch service, amazing food, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend Canyon Grille and be sure to ask for Michelle—she’ll take great care of you!

Great family friendly food with a chef who caters to food allergies. Fresh menu choices with a great balance of flavors. Great views and you can be indoor or outdoor if the weather is good or bag.

I don’t understand the point of taking out the only good menu item (Kobe burger) from the menu. I bet the only reason most people actually go there is for that burger. Don’t dig yourself a deeper hole.

Wonderful experience! Diverse menu, food was exceptional, service excellent! London was timely and responsive to our large group and management ensured space for our party. Highly recommend! We made a reservation so no wait for 15+ in our party

I think they changed the restaurant ownership. I remember the first time thinking it was good, but this time I left thinking it was only ok. Had the Argentine steak sandwich and wasn't really impressed.
Not bad, but not good. Just ok.

My parents live just a short walk away from Canyon Grille and have been loyal regulars for years—visiting monthly, if not weekly. As their daughter, I’ve been coming here for a long time too. I’m in my mid-twenties and recently visited with my brother (30), his wife, and my boyfriend. We’ve always had amazing experiences here: the food is consistently excellent, and the views are stunning.
This most recent visit started the same way—with high expectations and excitement. Our server, Bao, was absolutely phenomenal. She was attentive, kind, and handled our table beautifully. Honestly, if it weren’t for her, the experience would’ve felt much worse.
Unfortunately, what left a bad taste in our mouths had nothing to do with the food or our server—it was the interaction we had with one of the managers.
When we arrived, there was a wait (understandably, as it was a busy Saturday), and the hostess encouraged us to grab a drink at the bar while we waited. The bar was packed—shoulder to shoulder—with only one open seat near the server drink station. Since there were four of us, we simply stood behind the chair so we could order a round of drinks. We were careful to step aside anytime a server came through, not wanting to block the way.
While we were waiting, a manager came over to grab a drink for a server and abruptly told us to move because we were “disturbing the servers.” His tone was unnecessarily sharp, and the way he spoke to us felt dismissive and rude. My brother’s wife politely responded, explaining that we thought it was okay since there was a chair placed in front of the station. His response? “Obviously that’s not supposed to be right there,” followed by an eye roll as he walked away.
We fully understand the importance of keeping service areas clear, especially on busy nights. But as loyal, respectful guests who were following the hostess’s direction and doing our best to stay out of the way, we felt the situation could have been handled with much more grace.
Again, Bao made the evening so much better and deserves a shoutout for her incredible service. We’ll likely continue coming here because the food and setting are excellent—but I hope the management team reflects on how tone and approach can greatly impact a guest’s experience.

4 stars because the food was not up to par with the view and service. I got the wagyu sandwich and it was dry. The peppers as a starter were good so I'd recommend that. The view was pretty with an elevator to bring you up and down to the yacht parking.
The prime rib was tender and very flavorful. Great service and nice setting with a view.
