I had a taste for Buffalo wings but in the didn't have wings I decided to get the 4 piece chicken strips combo. I wasn't disappointed, the strips were cooked just right and were great dipped in there Sweet Baby Ray's Wing Sauce and in the Ken's Ranch. Also the coleslaw, fries and tea were all good. I'll be back for this again.

Just ordered fish…2piece and a 3 piece. Got home and there is nothing in the box but tartar sauce and fries. I feel like this was a prank….they can’t be serious. Called the store 4x’s…..no answer. So I paid $30 for tartar sauce and fries. I am so annoyed 😡

A very nice gentleman by the name of David was very hospitable. He was nice, very kind and engaging. He made us feel at home. I will come back to this location as long as he is here. Get them 3 catfish filets in the fryer because I’m coming! Can’t get enough of yall’s catfish. Little pricey but hey, what can I say, it’s good stuff! Fried okra is pretty reality-shattering too, so I’m gonna need a bunch of that in the fryer too! See ya soon!

Don't spend your money here unless you want to get ripped off. Ordered through drive through, came home and some of my sides were missing. Called and spoke to manager who said they changed their refund policy to where they can no longer refund my money due to missing food that was an ERROR ON THEIR END!!! Unacceptable as this was their fault. I've had instances like this happen before at other restaurants and they were always sincere and would fix it by refunding what was necessary. But this place won't do it. So be aware that if CHICKEN EXPRESS SCREWS UP YOUR ORDER, YOU WON'T GET A REFUND ON THEIR MISTAKE!!! Even though that's the right thing to do and to keep your customers happy. I will NEVER return to this place again.

This place used to be worth it, but if you’re craving chicken/fried you’re better off going to a burger place nearby that also serves chicken. On par with everything else.
They used to have the best fries, then they changed em. Prices have gone up ridiculously for even a simple thing of tenders. The spicy tenders are usually what we come for and even those half the time they don’t even have.
Sad, but spend your money elsewhere

I was on the mood for reg. fried chicken wings and decided on Chicken Express. Wow, really impressed, cooked just right and perfect flavor. Love their rolls as well. Gonna try fish next if I can. Not getting more Chicken is not gonna be easy. Probably just get both though. Can't go wrong here people.

Terrible service, when picking up an online order and when it arrives it is not ready and you see through the window an older man with hands full of flour preparing the drinks, putting the glasses in the ice container instead of using the spoon for hygiene... food safety does not exist here
