I used to work at Grill On Tex Mex, but now that I’m no longer there, I can finally give my honest opinion—and let me just say, the food is fantastic! If you’re looking for a spot that consistently delivers on flavor, this is it.

My personal favorites? The pork chop plate and the chipotle shrimp—absolutely delicious! The pork chop is juicy, perfectly seasoned, and always cooked just right. And the chipotle shrimp? Flavorful and delicious with just the right amount of kick. It’s a must-try.

But honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of the tacos. Whether you’re into beef, chicken, or something a little different, they’ve got you covered. The tacos are always fresh and packed with flavor.

Beef and chicken fajita tacos typically come with lettuce tomato and cheese however, I always got them with cilantro onion and “secret spicy verde salsa” with lime.

One thing that really stands out about Grill On Tex Mex is how much the owner, Fidel, takes pride in his restaurant. Fidel isn’t just the face of the business—he’s hands-on, often working right alongside his kitchen staff. You’ll frequently find him in the kitchen, making sure every dish meets his high standards before it leaves the line.

He’s passionate about every plate being perfect, from the flavor to the presentation, and it shows. His dedication really elevates the dining experience, and you can tell it’s more than just a business to him—it’s personal. It’s that kind of care and attention to detail that makes the food at Grill On Tex Mex so consistently good.

So even though I used to work there, I’m not exaggerating when I say the food is worth a visit! Great spot, great food, and definitely a go-to for anyone craving Tex-Mex

5 stars to our server Sandro (Angel)! He did so great taking on our party of about 20. Friendly, attentive, personal, we really appreciate Sandro and his co-workers.

If you want a flavor minimal experience like Flores but without a patio, they've got you. Why make a dish with 10 ingredients when you can do it with four? Their food isn't bad, it's just not good. Completely unremarkable. Go to Tulum, or even La Gordibuena.

If you are craving an amazing Mexican dinner, come to Grill On. Me and my family came for dinner and it was delicious. I was asking about a certain type of meat that I had never tried, and they gave me a free sample!! It was absolutely amazing. I recommend the Carne Guisida. Our waitress, Isabella, was absolutely fantastic. Super sweet and super friendly. The atmosphere was great and it was overall an amazing place. Great job Grill On!! ❤️

This was our first time visiting this restaurant while in town and it was delicious! I’d go back just for the salsa alone!! We got the combo fajitas since it’s our “safe” option to get when we visit somewhere new. Kind of hard to mess up fajitas… but there were so many options that sounded tasty. Will definitely have to try something else when we return. Our waitress, Jubilea, was phenomenal! Super sweet, friendly, funny and attentive.

We've eaten here a number of times since they opened. The food has always been some of the best around and this is one of our favorites for a family outing.

At our last visit, we were surprised at the amount of tab. We ordered 2 or 3 adult beverages that ended up being about half the bill. For a party of 5 that was very odd. Primarily, the margarita was overpriced for the size of the glass/serving.

We enjoy the people and the food, so we will be back. I hope they look at the menu prices to make sure they are fair.

Parking: Always plenty of spots with some in the shade. Nice bonus!
