Just went in and ordered the jalapeño chicken wrap sandwich. It was awful. It had more of the crispy jalapeños than any other item in the sandwich and it tasted like jalapeño potato chips. I went back once to tell them and they didn’t make any effort to correct the situation which is what I went in for so I just asked for some pickled jalapeños. Then I went back because it was just so gross and I showed the big guy how many chips were in the sandwich and still nobody asked me if they could help me with something else or to give me a refund. Finally the manager stepped in and said “so basically you didn’t like the taste of the sandwich and that it wasn’t his fault” then I got angry. Also a kid stepped in while I was talking to the Manager and I asked him to let me talk to the manager and he told me he talk to me if he wanted to and then he made a face at. Then I was accused of everyone’s hostility. I had mine and so did they. They are smug, horrible workers at least 3 of them. Horrible customer service skills.

Groovy music in the background and I always love the #9 Italian with extra mayo and extra tomatoesThey have a nice patio outside that is perfect for kids and it has the gorgeous view of the Colorado River valley as you can see for 10 me across to the ridge of the other side of Lake Travis.Great for lunch or just to take in the beautiful view.

Sandwich doesn't come with cheese. Have to pay extra for it. And my sandwich is so thin I thought nothing was in it when I got it. 6 pieces of thin turkey and 3 slices of cheese. For 9 dollars. This is incredible. I don't know why anyone would ever go to Jimmy johns. I mean it's pathetic and disrespectful to a sandwich.

Ordered the easiest thing possible a slim 1, it's ham and cheese. Got home to only cheese. Check your orders these people don't care.

We had an unpleasant experience the last time we went in to order. We tried to brush it off and let it go but I felt like this was a situation that management should be made aware of. I called and spoke with the GM and after relaying what happened he was so bothered by the situation and apologized profusely. His apology was so sincere and his disappointment was felt in a way that truly transformed the entire situation. He made it very clear that his vision is to operate a place where everyone can enjoy good food, everyone is welcome and everyone is treated kindly. I will be honest, after leaving I did not want to ever go back to JJ but after our conversation I will absolutely return because I support good business practices and I support those who make changes and care about the impact they have on others! The manner in which a situation is handled says a lot about a business and the way this situation was handled spoke volumes to me. If you had an unpleasant experience I highly recommend giving them a 2nd chance! They are definitely writing their wrongs and changing for the better!
Absolutely horrible service the guy who made my sandwich gave me so much attitude when I told him he made it with the wrong bread. Definitely would not go back!!!

Food was good and they got my order correct. However, one of the workers wearing an orange shirt was being almost aggressive while taking my order. While I was eating my sandwich, I heard him mocking the other workers extremely loudly which was very off putting. I will probably not be coming back here for my lunch break anymore.

Buyer Beware - my husband & I just went and ordered two of their No. 5s which is an Italian Sub. The sandwiches were dry and bland - we couldn't figure out why. Then I realized they forgot the oil vinegar which goes on the sandwhich per their menu. No mayo or mustard comes on it so forgetting the oil & vinegar makes it bad. After figuring it out, I took the sandwhich back in to let them know. The only thing they offered me was a little container of oil & vinegar for what was left. Most places would have made another sandwhich especially since I asked them to. Their prices aren't cheap and my husband tipped them $8. What a rip off!
