Went during work with my coworkers. Is a build your own style place for pizza. Took 2 min to choose toppings and 5 min to get our food. They have good selection fountain drinks and lemonades. Was very quiet when we went and there was plenty of sitting

Brenden is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, his energy and personality lit up the place. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience not just enjoyable, but memorable. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does — he took the time to make sure everything was just right and brought such a positive vibe to the whole interaction.
MOD Pizza is lucky to have someone like Brenden on their team. His great attitude, attention to detail, and upbeat personality made our visit stand out. We’ll definitely be back — and hope Brenden is there when we are.

Never order from this place if you aren’t going there and watching them make it, they always forget at least one thing, sometimes they only give the delivery person only one of my pizzas even if I order multiple. My most recent pizza was missing toppings and had so much cheese that all I could taste the whole time was mozarella and I didn’t even ask for extra. The food is always great if they get it right I just wish they’d read the orders closer and had more of a consistant standard of how much stuff to add.

Stopped by Sunday, walked in no line. Ordered and stood there waiting to pay while my pizza was in the oven so about 8-10 min no one checked me out. So I sat down after about 5 min. The tables were dirty I wasn’t eating there it was to go, the floors were also dirty no ice in the fountain drink station, which was also super dirty soda splatter everywhere. I haven’t had them in a while and I probably won’t be stopping by again.
The food is historically great but the dining area is substandard. Tables & chairs are dirty and sticky. The napkin, silverware and drink dispensers need serious cleaning. The ice machine is out of order. ALL of it needs deep cleaning. I haven’t visited the Lakeway , TX store in the last eight months and I was totally surprised. Please fix this.

Drove into town late and we were hungry! Got excited to see a Mod Pizza near our hotel! Especially since we don’t have one in our hometown. Checked the hours online. Google said they closed at 11:00PM it was 9:04, so we went. When we got there there it took a bit for anyone to come up to the “place your order” area. We noticed no one was in the restaurant, so we asked the employee who walked up what time they closed. She said 10. I looked at my watch and it was 9:07, so we thought “Ok! We have time!” So when we stepped closer to place our order, the girl…who never addressed us nor asked if we were ready to order…proceeded to begin assembling trays putting all of the “pizza stuff” out! They had already put everything away!!! She was literally having to assemble the “tray rails” for all of the ingredients. She did not look happy…so we left. (I’m sure she was relieved) Ended up at Cane’s where they welcomed us as soon as we opened the door and serviced us!!! We do love Mod Pizza! But we were disappointed that we couldn’t have it as a late dinner…even though we walked in almost an hour before closing time. Boo!!!

Gross - Gross - Gross I’m not one to complain and granted it was 9pm on a Saturday night. But, gross- as soon as we walked in - the attitude of the manager was gross, they couldn’t believe we had to figure out what we wanted - she asked “have you never been here before” - the food line was basically empty and dirty and she was pissed that we ordered a salad too. Then Gross, the restaurant was filthy, every table was dirty- chairs strewn around- trash everywhere - dirty drink station (I cleaned it before I made my drink). And I am pretty sure I was permanently stuck to the floor in front of the trash can. And to top it off, Gross the staff is sitting on the counter, eating food while cooking my pizza. No pride in that manager. Unfortunately I won’t be back to this MOD, too bad I’m new to the neighborhood too
