We arrived at this location an hour before they closed…. They where really rude serving us food.. and making faces…. They didn’t have forks in the front and we asked for some and they didn’t want to give us (2)forks. Even tho we had a bad service we gave them some tip.

Terrible service at this particular location. Employees forget orders, have customers wait over 10 + minutes before even getting helped (on slow days), stingy with toppings, lazy overall and in the backroom half the time.
I’ve been to this location multiple times over the past many years and it’s consistently been bottom tier in service. Food + environment is good, just wish they had better customer service!

We love MOD pizza but the management of this location has been consistently awful the last 3 years. They are ALWAYS out of some ingredient and it is never clean. It’s so sad because we love their cauliflower crust pizzas but they didn’t even have the crusts the last 3x we went in. I’m afraid we are giving up on them. RIP MOD.

I have been coming to this location for years, they seem to always have drama going on with their staff, but now it is worst than ever, they only had 2 people working there on a Friday afternoon, one kid preparing pizzas and a grown man watching and doing nothing, I only had 2 girls in front of me on the line and it took me 20 minutes to finally order, when the kid handed over the pizza to me, he gave it to me in a box despite mentioning that it was for here, then when I look at my pizza it had a metal number thing on top and he didn’t even cut my pizza I had to come back and ask to get my pizza cut and that’s when the man who was doing nothing yelled at the kid and cut my pizza and was so rude he didn’t even close my box properly he basically yelled at the kid and handed my pizza back like he was the owner of the world btw everything looks so dirty now , I’m never coming back to this place .

Let me start by saying we absolutely love Mod pizza! We usually do take out and decided to grab a bite in person for a change. The ordering process was seamless and everything went smoothly until we got our pizza and started eating. Our pizza had a huge chunk of meat on it. Despite us being vegetarians for religious reasons and ordering all the toppings in front of our eyes, we were shocked and confused to see how a piece of meat made it in. But we understand mistakes happen. However, the manager who was present was nonchalant about it. We were never offered an apology or even an explanation. They just made us a replacement pizza and that was it. It made us feel that we were inconveniencing the staff despite asking and paying for exactly what we needed. We may do take out and double check our orders from now on but we will not be dining in again.
