Great little place to bring the kids for a treat on a hot day.They have a wide variety of treats to choose from for both kids and adults and the service is always friendly.Seating inside or outside under the covered patio which is welcome in the summer heat.Hopefully they will be around for years to come because my kids love to go there.

We come here about once a month as a family, and it's a rare spot that everyone is happy. I get to steer the kids away from the super sweet, dye filled desserts. The kids have choices and sweets. My husband likes iced coffee... and if it is close to meal time we can throw in a waffle and call it a meal. The owners are super nice and the shop is clean with a great area out back to sit and eat.

We have been going here for years and the owners are super nice! Store is always clean, staff is friendly and they have lots of choices for toppings so kids of all ages are satisfied. They brought back their punch cards, which is another reason to go here. You’ll earn a free drink!

Terrible terrible customer service! I never get tea because I'm not a tea drinker but I do love a good milk Boba with brown sugar flavor and Boba! But they are so judgmental I ordered what I wanted and they just stared at me like I was stupid ahaha and then when I asked and paid for extra Boba they charged a full dollar for half a scout and when I called them out on it they were very rude. Never going back to this place and definitely wouldn't recomend, hey are "cheap" as in they sell ol product but also lesser product doe a lesser price, Boba is not good and the place isn't very clean.

Stopped by 'Sno Mo' after picking up my daughter from her first day of school and it turned out to be an excellent choice! Not only did they have a delightful selection of ice creams and snow cones, but they also offered an array of toppings like sprinkles, gummy bears, marshmallows, and nerds. My children absolutely loved the mint chocolate chip and vanilla ice cream combination.What stood out the most was the service. The man behind the counter, who I suspect might be the owner, was incredibly attentive and quick with our order. The cleanliness of the store was evident, and its convenient location just off the highway near my daughter's school is a big plus.I'm genuinely thankful and grateful for our experience at 'Sno Mo'. I sincerely hope they remain open throughout the winter months!

Horrible customer service, I’ve been coming in on a weekly basis and there’s usually an older lady that’s wonderful my family loved snomo but their recent hire is absolutely rude. She got my order wrong I honestly didn’t even care for a redo or a refund, will no longer be visiting.

Very rude service, they put barely any boba and when I asked them if they would put a bit more, they told me that that’s enough boba and then proceeded to change their excuse to we don’t have any boba left. Truly disappointed.
