MOLD IN MY GRILLED CHEESE!!
Was half way through my sandwich when I noticed it. Now I’m ill. Thanks Starbucks. Unbelievable.

To walk away from a customer, dismissing them in front of a store full of people is something I’ve never seen before in my life. The employee Nathan argued me down regarding the refill policy until another lady employee had to step in and confirm that he was wrong (she helped even though it felt reluctant). So I had to call corporate customer service and file a complaint. How they were NOT informed regarding the refill policy is beyond me but to embarrass my little brother when he was right and THEY were wrong, causing me to step in was humiliating. No one should EVER be publicly humiliated regarding a policy STARBUCKS created.

Wowwww. As a former Starbucks employee I am astonished by how truly messed up our orders were. Ya’ll had to actually try.

My husbands Chocolate Cookie Crumble Frappuccino was not a frap but instead chocolate milk poured over ice with whipped cream on top. A frappuccino is BLENDED. I believe that Starbucks has it literally trademarked. Aside from the fact that a blended drink wasn’t blended, it didn’t even have the toppings (which thankfully it didn’t at this point, or we would have gotten soggy cookie bits soaking at the bottom of iced chocolate milk ?). Also no straw came in the bag. How are we supposed to drink it when the whipped cream is filling the cup to the top? Even taking the lid off to sip from the cup was annoying.

My Pecan Crunch Oat Latte had no coffee in it. I swear I thought I was tripping, because I had to ask my husband who HATES coffee to taste it and see if my Italian/Latina ass was. He confirmed that it was essentially cinnamon/nutty milk. On top of my drink being flavored fall milk, I ordered my drink Extra Hot, and they threw it in the bag with no sleeve. How the heck does anyone hold an extra hot drink with no sleeve or doubled cup? Should I grab my oven mitts in this cool 90 degree Texas heat?

Did an online order, payed through paypall, got a coffee and a bagel for my daughter. she went in to pick it up, while you dont have to say anything to the workers you just go in and pick it up. She got the coffee i had ordered, and was still waiting on her bagel. She waited for about 10 minutes. until I had to come in and ask where her bagel is, because it did say it was ready for pickup on the app. They told us there was no more bagels, so why have them on the app? Why make her wait and wait just for you not to say anything? Oh, checked yesterday and 2 transactions were taken out for my coffee and bagel, i didnt even get. I dont understand why two transactions were taken out, 5.83 minus the bagel, for my coffee and a second charge was another 5.83 taken out.

If you say you’re open at five AM. You should be open at 5 AM. It’s 5:20 and nobody has even acknowledged I’m at the door for 20 minutes. They all have their headphones on and look like they’re ready to make coffee. So strange.

I Ordered the Honey Apple almond milk flat white, initially she typed in the honey almond milk flat white which is a year round beverage. I had to clarify again it was the new fall release. It was not made correctly. It was missing the ND apple foam. It is a new released fall item so I would assume as a previous partner they had the fall training, when my husband asked for it to be remade (he is also a partner at a different store) the barista couldn’t identify what was wrong and had to ask for the beverage recipe card. Which should have been done before handing me an incorrectly made drink in the first place.

Starbucks is only focused on the drive thru… why do they even have an inside coffeehouse? For those who take the time to come inside and have a coffeehouse experience good luck, it’s a very long wait and or you’re ignored. I suggest supporting your local independently owned coffeehouses. They do have good clean restrooms though.

It’s interesting seeing a review that says they only focus on the drive thru because it is so slow. Even if you order ahead. Plan to spend 25 minutes in the drive thru line. When I got to the window today they didn’t have my online order I had placed 22 minutes prior. This was also at 10:30 so not a rush hour for them.
