Ordered a mint mocha and received a liquid toothpaste coffee drink. Lol they must have went insane with the king syrup. It was inedible and disgusting. Don’t recommend this location at all.

Today they were busy. Not a lot of people inside, but a lot in the drive thru and a lot of online orders. I waited patiently. I like people watching, and that's what I did to pass the time. Some people sitting and talking to each other. A few on their laptops, and some sitting and waiting for their order/name to be called. I stood and waited. Watched as the barista did her thing. It was a little mesmerizing as she had a locked down system going. Moving sticker tags down the line in order. Everything she needed was right next to her. She barely had to move to make the 1,000 drinks Starbucks has to offer. I was a barista in a small family store. Nothing like a Starbucks. How these people do their job, and memorize all those drinks, and the custom drinks that are a novel long. I would lose my mind. I try to be extra pleasant, and tip cash.My name was called, and I was off.

My favorite holiday drink is the mint mocha, never had a Starbucks do it so terribly. Their mint mocha tastes like straight toothpaste. I gave them another chance just hoping maybe it was an off day and I was meant again with another toothpaste coffee. Disgusting.

The espresso adds an extra kick if you need to make sure you're getting 600 mg of caffeine in the morning.

Received a drink from the drive thru and when I drove off I realized it tasted different from what I had before… overall it was disgusting. I went back and reordered a drink and was told rudely by the male barista at the window that I couldn’t receive a refund “because they didn’t mess up the drink and if they gave me a refund they would have to do that for everyone.” Look at other reviews for when drinks were made wrong.
Our goto morning coffee place. It's ALWAYS busy at this time and parking is tricky. We love the seasonal coffees, breakfast sandwiches, and pastries. My personal fav is iced doppio topped with pumpkin cold foam.If this review was helpful, please give it a ?

Location is beside the bank and sandwich shop.Parking is not as big as some other lots so it can get hectic on a busy weekend or morning.Although service is overall friendly, the orders tend to be wrong or forgotten. Wait times are long. If you pre-order, then I suggest you double check your order and don't show up early for it ;)This location has lots of cups and items should you want to redeem stars. Also lots of seating, including outside seating (though overlooks parking and main road)

the problem with the rating on this place is people only write reviews when they have something negative to say. I can see all the Lakeway Karen's ran to Yelp to complain and moan. this location is the BEST. idc what Yelp says. I literallly go to this location VS the one by HEB because they are so fast, and so accurate. I swear the same drink I order here, taste better than when I order it anywhere else. they never get my order wrong and the staff has the best customer service. when I went to other locations it was a total shock. 10/10 recommend.

I love watching a well-oiled machine! This is a fantastic Starbucks. The food at Starbucks is always known and just okay. But the beauty of Starbucks can be the friendliness of the staff and the speediness of their service. This Starbucks exemplifies the best traits of a Starbucks.
