The coffee in this location tastes like cigarettes ashes. Gave them a few tries and omg. It does not matter what your ordered the coffee literally tastes like cigarette ashes. Idk how they make their coffee. I will try to file a complaint on startbucls website.

I’ve worked for this company for a while. I know what’s expected. I’m aware that we all have bad days. But I know at the window you are supposed to be connecting with customers. The person working the window made absolutely no effort whatsoever to connect with me and it totally invalidates all the hard work other partners are doing.connecting with customer is what the job is all about.

I have gone to 3 starbuck this location has been my 3rd starbucks in lakeway/beecave area I order the same drink at each location hazelnut oatmilk shaken expresso it is not made like it should be and its not consistant as a former Starbucks Barista I know starbucks is based on consistancy and this drink I happen to love is just constant every Barista does it different so its very disappointing the barista was great my drink was terrible he even made it a second time ?

This Starbucks is great for when the other one across the street has major problems like when their card reader and online app system doesn't work. It's not the kind of place to come and work for a few hours as there really aren't any comfy spots to chill, also it's inside a Randalls, but at least there's another option a short drive away.Being a much smaller location they streamlined the ordering and menu process to not have as many bakery items or drinks which kind of sucks but makes a lot of sense and it can be slow at times due to their only being one or maybe two people but I don't think I've ever gotten a wrong or bad drink or pastry item from this location. Also I don't think I've ever waited longer than a minute in line.There is a bit of confusion between this store and the other store across the street that I do think needs to be addressed. For some reason the other store across the street has pictures of this locations seating area. It's like the first photo thumbnail you see on google maps when you type in the other Starbucks location which can be really confusing. I'm not sure if it's something the company can address as I think it was done by a reviewer but it's worth looking into.The only other thing I can say about this place is that I don't believe it's possible to order online through the Starbucks app. It shows up as a store but there is no drive-thru or anything as it's inside Randalls, and it's pretty small there's no way I think they could handle getting online orders anyway plus it would probably ruin the location if they did not to mention people would probably get really confused to which Starbucks they ordered their drinks at because when you search Starbucks on any maps app... both locations initially appear as if they are literally right on top of each other. You have to zoom like all the way in to see that they are two separate locations. Anyway don't want this review to be to long. Peace!! -DD

This location always seems to be out of stock on critical ingredients. I love that it’s super convenient, but I’ve had to walk out of there with an Americano because they didn’t have milk for a latte a few times, so I’m always a little hesitant to get in line there.

No one is ever working the counter.During Open posted hours… closed sign always up.If they are here there’s always an on break sign. Be back soon.I’ve done my shopping (30 minutes sometimes more) only to come back and see the same sign up. (See picture below)
