The dudes were nice & wanted to chat with us as they made our sandwiches different concept but enjoyed it. I was surprised how big a small size was it. Try the NY Italian or lady bird can’t go wrong with neither.

Best staff at Lohmans location. Made my day after making me a sandwich after they closed. I was late just after they closed, having ordered a sandwich on DoorDash for pickup. They didn’t have my order, I left my phone at home and with the week I’d been having I really needed that sandwich! The gentleman made me a sandwich anyway and didn’t charge me. Thank you so much. (I got my phone and after all that, it was my/DoorDash error, and alas my order went to the other location. I’m so sorry. I’ll tip by next time !!!!!)

The worst experience I have ever had for lunch. The staff acted like they could care less if they had customers in front of them. We went at 1:30 pm after a rush. 5 people in line, and it took them 30 minutes to make their orders before we could put our order in. They were out of every type of cheese. The place was dirty!!! Dirty floors, food all over the floor behind the counter. I just hope I don't get food poisoning. ? I will never come back here again!

Online ordering does not work on phone. This is 2022. Why make it so hard to order?!? No one answers phones.

Food was ok but almost $10 for a sub, chips and a drink. The filling in the sandwich was minimal. Thought there would be more.

I've been eating at one T-Cloud or another since I was in high school (and that was a long time ago - mid eighties). No-frills casual lunch (or dinner) stop for high-quality and fresh ingredients. They will make your sandwich to order and do so quickly. It's just an Austin institution and has been successful by sticking to the same model year after year - great sandwiches at a great price. Plus, there is always good music on while you wait or while you eat. It ain't the Four Seasons, so don't go in there with your fancy-pants attitude and you'll be fine. I'll feely admit to being a little bit of a homer for Austin businesses but these sandwiches are just better than the national chain competition - by a lot. Austin's original and one-of-a-kind!

A personal favorite for over 25 years, and no end in sight. Thank you, Thundercloud Subs, for always making the tastiest vittles! Muchas gracias for the excellent service and contribution to helping neighbors in need. Truly loyal forever.

Doors were locked before it was 8pm…

They put an absurd amount of Mayo on my sandwich. Maybe half a tub of Mayo. It almost seems like it was sabotage.

Tried to change my order pickup time. Called no less than 5 times to do so. Starting 2 hours before. Every time it rang 10 times before rolling into some ether-bot wrong number thing. Same number used to accept initial order. Same number on the page profile in Google.Sorry, but I don’t have the time to have service providers being a time suck. That’s the antithesis of service provider.Not doing that again.If you’re the owner, and a Lakeway neighbor, I’m not happy saying this….but I thought you’d want to know so you can make a change. Or not.

100% positive the avocado isn’t supposed to be brown. It doesnt take much to make sure your food is fresh and especially in a town where mistakes are not taken lightly

Great food , great people! I've been enjoying thundercloud since they first opened. The only complaint I have is the hours. This is ridiculous to close so early. Please go back to regular hours !

The best subs all around , did you know they have hummus dude , try putting that on your sub bro it's so good
