The menu board for self checkout is not user friendly. Staff was to sparce to help. It took several tries to get it right. Couldn't delete items that came with standard menu. So frustrating and I lost my appetite by the time we ordered. Ugg!

Ordered to-go from Torchy’s Tacos and had a great experience. I tried a few vegetarian tacos, including bean & cheese and avocado, and they were fresh, flavorful, and tasty. Everything was well-packed and held up nicely for takeout.
Overall, solid food and good quality. I’ll definitely be going back to try more items from the menu.

Bring back the front of house staff. Ordered to go via the website today and when I showed up 15 min past my pickup time my food was nowhere to be seen. I waited in line to inquire only to realize the order kiosks are not staffed, there was no staff anywhere to inquire with! Eventually I flagged down a frantic food runner who went back to look for my food. 10 min later it finally came out.
Hire staff! We love the convenience of online and kiosk ordering but not at the cost of having no service. Surely one minimum wage employee manning your kiosk wouldn’t ruin your entire profit margin. Your order page said to inquire at the restaurant with questions, that’s kind of useless guidance without employees to ask, right?

My rating is being limited to their steak fajita tacos. This afternoon we ordered three beef fajita tacos and found that the meat was the toughest that we have ever eaten in the Austin area. We have ordered beef fajita tacos in at least six other restaurants in Austin and have never had anywhere near the tough steak as in our tacos today.

Usually very happy with Torchy’s. They were out of 4 different sodas and horchata and another drink. My chicken burrito had a bone in it.
The staff was the only high point of this visit. Asked for extra chips, salsa, etc., and they were friendly and prompt.
Really hate the kiosk ordering system. It’s not intuitive and I don’t understand why it asks for a tip. I really don’t want to start tipping a computer.
Always great place for tacos. Definitely try limited edition ones
