DID NOT HONOR MEAT COUNTER ADVERTISED SALE PRICE. We went to purchase lobster on sale for $6.00 a pound. When they rung it up it came up at $8.99 a pound. We asked why not $6.00 a pound, the gentleman helping us got the manager. The manager said the sale was yesterday and they were no longer honoring the sale price that was displayed in the window. So, we went and got lobster tail at Tom Thumb.

This review is aimed solely at the “Customer Service” Dept. It would be extremely helpful to staff this desk with people who don’t have major attitudes and are clearly there solely due to the fact they have seniority and they don’t want to work anywhere else in the store.
The female employee that I had the misfortune to deal with on 3.29.24 at 9:30 am was just plain rude and obnoxious from the moment I walked up to the desk. Some retraining is definitely needed.

As a momma, I love me some Kroger! Great employees, but their meat section was very limited. I couldn't find what was needed for the Huxley Family Reunion. The worker there asked me what I needed and went into the back and found what I needed. Also got me a diet coke ? You know what they say, " Mama bear needs her diet coke. "

Continual issues with staffing and not the first time. Deli counter at 5:30pm has one person working and there are 7 of us in line. The slice shop...empty...nothing on the shelves...hmmmm....holiday weekend, poor planning. Short staffed in deli..oh well..manager staff start slicing! The girl at the deli counter was a champ. Felt sorry that she had a long line. The young lady gets 10 stars for a great personality and attitude.

I use to love going to this Kroger location. The past few times I have shopped here, it has not been the best experience. I see ruined fruit, fruit flies and the meat seems a little scary. Tonight we saw a watermelon that had exploded and ruined sitting in the bin with all the other Watermelons. This is unacceptable! I will keep driving the extra mile to shop at Target or Walmart in Flower Mound.

Pretty good store especially when you realize how many people shop here on a daily basis. However, they sell tons of hot gift cards. So many scams. At this point I’m basically scared to purchase any. You get a ITunes gift card that is clearly fake and they will tell you it happens frequently, but they won’t touch it and you have to call Kroger Corporate, which is pointless so you ultimately lose your money because they stocked fake gift cards. Beware.
My first visit to the store and couldn't locate what I had seen on-line. Went to the front desk and Carmen was so busy helping out other employees conclude their assisting other customers but she was diligent in finding exactly I what I needed and walked with me to the location. Thanks!

I came to grocery shop today and was so disappointed with this Kroger that I decided to provide a review. I had posted a review of this store 3 years ago. I guess it’s time for an update. Things have changed but not for the better. The carts provided for handicap customers are in such a state of disrepair they are of no value to anyone. There were 4 idle but none charged and functional. I could bring my own scooter but it’s not very useful for grocery shopping. It wouldn’t be practical to drag a basket. I have been shopping at Albertsons on University Drive. Although it is farther away from me they have always accommodated me. When I go to Walmart and there is no Handicap parking available I can always count on Albertsons. I wish there were closer alternatives.
