In Leakey Texas, there is an actual chef, doing community outreach with food. Marshall has always been an inspiration in entrepreneurship. A true cowboy at heart, he has to be free. I remember at one point he told me he was selling homemade pies door to door. From those humble roots, his career has really grown into a humble tree. His menu will rotate accordingly, with local ingredients and new ideas. What doesn’t change is this chefs dedication to the youth of his home town. Marshall always offers a treat for good grades, books read, etc. Snow cones. During those hot summer months nothing beats one of the many flavored snow cones Marshalls Outside Eatery has to offer. I love this place, love the food. Thank you for what you do chef.
