I’m going to give Aparicio’s a big 10. Well deserve place. I love the food. I enjoy the atmosphere. I most definitly like the vibes. Service is phenomenal. Presentation is key to the food. The owner is great at what he does and my family will be back.I hope to bring more people to this place… ??Parking: The parking is a small lot with multiple building units. The space is good. You will have more than enough room.

First of all the staff and servers are super friendly, attentive, and accommodating. They offered small samples while we tried to chose our order. The tacos are loaded with quality ingredients and burst with a variety of flavors. Dinner for 2 for under $20 pretty unheard of these days. They’ve made a dark drab space into a charming speakeasy vibe place. Great job Aparicio’s. We will be back.

Mine and my hubby's new official date spot. We've been a couple of times and it has not disappointed. We've been looking for a good place to get birria tacos that reminds my husband of going to the valley when he was younger and visiting his family. The food is delicious and everyone is so friendly! Stubled upon this place by accident and I was shocked to find this hidden gem! First off I love the vibe, the whole place just screams all the cool vibes unlike boring traditional restaurants.The person who took our order was kind and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was awesome! I had the trash can fries and they did not disappoint.

The worst place I have ever been... we went because they recommended the food to us and at the checkout where we were going to order, a waitress appeared who seemed to have not eaten with a horrible spoiled and rude character, we decided to leave before ordering because even hunger would be We are shocked when we see the behavior of that girl, she is a brunette who is also a waitress and I do not recommend the place, and with good reason, it stays empty if with that type of person, to get there, I do not recommend the place. The worst thing that can happen is that they should hire more people. professionals because it seems that this woman didn't even go to preschool... as if we were asking her, she answered that her job is worth as much as our money will never come and I wouldn't recommend it for anything in the world...

My friend and I split a giant carnivore machete, we've been wanting to try one after seeing them online - Super cheesy, plenty of meat, not greasy - DELICIOUS. Excellent service as well, we will definitely go back :)

We went to Aparicio's last night with a group of 10 people. It was our 1st time here also nieces birthday, her choice. They were already busy, but when we walked in they were slammed. Being our first time, we weren't sure what they had, how to order, what was good, or how big the Texas sized tacos were! They walked us through every detail. We all ordered drinks which were amazing! Lots of dragon fruit limeade, and strawberry limeade, mango stuff, everything very good. The Machete tacos were fantastic. The quesadillas were great. I had the Carnivore Texas taco which was delicious! The owners were very nice, we couldn't be happier with the food. They played the song Happy Birthday as we sang. And we topped it all off with some of the most delicious milkshakes I've ever had(and I've had a lot of them!) This place is a gem! It's weekend only hours but make sure you get over there. You'll be happy you did!

I went here tonight with my boyfriend and sister in law and we absolutely loved every single thing that we ordered! We had the birria tacos first and that was SO GOOD that we went back and ordered a whole bunch more ; Pastor quesadilla, the elote (corn), a California burrito & another carnivore quesadilla, birria fries , and a side of their pickled red onions which btw are AMAZING !! Everything was so worth it and we didn’t even hesitate to spend the money because it’s was AUTHENTIC Mexican food and some of the BEST I’ve ever had here in Texas! I even ordered another hot Cheetos elote to take home to my mom! They were so amazing here and the people that tended to us were SO NICE! We will be coming back so soon! So nice to support a local place too!
