She personally came to our table and gave our order; she came 4 times.

Had a smile on her face all the time.

Been coming here forever, disappointed today. If y’all don’t have change I don’t think the customer should be the one that loses money. And saying “we don’t have enough change so your change is gonna be short, have a nice day.”

Tastes amazing! Went there once with my siblings and my friend, also the workers were cool!

We came through drive thru right now 10:20pm we order a snow cone and a wavy blender our wavy blender was water down didn’t even taste like it usually does and we come here a lot then the person who handed us our drinks didn’t even say have a good night he gave us like a mad ugly look and everyone there seem like it was so hard to make 2 simple drinks

Extremely slow service, totally unorganized. I'm not sure what is so difficult to make that I have to wait 10 minutes for a person in front of me to be served while my order is sitting next to the register.

I recently had a craving for a Bahama Rama Mama, with strawberry cheesecake sno and chocolate ice cream (I'm 7 months into my pregnancy). So, I decided to satisfy this craving with my 3 adopted children (I'm a single mother) and go to the drive thru. We order, and when we receive our order, my Bahama Rama Mama is in a cup, no lid, filled above the brim. Perhaps they were assuming that I would eat it in my car in the parking lot, but I was already nearly late for volunteering at the soup kitchen (I serve there every night). I assumed that it wouldn't melt too much, since obviously if they trusted to give it to me in my car, then surely the cup had plenty of room for any melting that would occur on my drive. We drive off and what do you know? It starts melting. Everywhere. All over everything. I was already tired from my 12 hour shift at the veterinary hospital(I'm the one who holds the hands/paws of the pets when they're euthanized), and so this melting debacle really sent me over the edge. I pulled over and cried.

I lied. None of that is true. I'm a 22 year old man. I'm neither pregnant, nor even a woman. I don't have those jobs, nor those 3 adopted children. Imagine if I was, though. Bet you would feel bad then.

The Bahama Rama Mama thing really did happen, though. I would've given 1 star, but I'm kinda over it already.

My snow cone was dry. There was no syrup in the middle. This was my 2nd time going this week. They messed up the 1st time but it's been awhile since I've been able to go since my seizures. I decided to give them a second chance. Last time they put cream in the middle. I asked them not to do that this time. Well they made sure of that by not putting shit. Highly disappointed‼️

Eva and Logan were some of the nicest employees I’ve ever met. Walked in and super welcoming and friendly, gave recommendations and opinions, and followed through with the orders modifications. Well done from these too and I will be coming again.

We made an order over 30 minutes ago online and it’s still not ready. Cars are coming and going in the drive through line and we are still waiting for our order. This is ridiculous. I sat here and watched people walk in and get their orders before ours even though we ordered online 30 minutes ago.

Excellent snow cones that are consistently delicious. The grandkids enjoy them too. Highly recommend them.
