I stopped here on a whim after picking up a few things from the local farmers market, and I am so glad I did! I had heard some good things about Brito’s so I decided to give them a try for breakfast. My eyes (along with my stomach) were immediately drawn to the bacon, egg, and cheese on their brioche bun. I truly don’t even know where to begin-it was mind blowingly good. Really fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, cheese, and a nice spread of the jalapeño aioli which was surprisingly not spicy at all (I can’t do spicy). The star of the show though was the homemade brioche bread that they make fresh. Soft and buttery, and it really brought the whole sandwich together. It melted in my mouth. The owners couldn’t have been nicer, order was ready in a timely manner, and my only regret was that I didn’t order another! I will absolutely be back and can’t wait to try their burgers. You have to try out this hidden gem!

My husband and I stumbled upon this food truck this morning and we are already looking at our schedule to come here again. I got the brisket arepa and he ordered the burger, chicken empanadas, and tequeños. I think it’s the best food truck in Leander hands down. Everything tasted delicious and genuine. 🌞
Great lil place in the food truck park. Their home made bread is yummy!!! Great Arepas and Brioche sandwiches. Very fresh and made to order. Dont forget to try their empanadas and ask for their secret homemade hot sauce
